This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you") and pickaxe ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your use of the Game and any related software, content, updates, and services (collectively, the "Game").

By installing, downloading, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.

pickaxe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to this Agreement.

The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, software, graphics, audio, text, and other intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of pickaxe and its licensors.

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except where expressly permitted by applicable law
2. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game
3. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices
4. Distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or otherwise transfer the Game or any part of it without prior written permission from pickaxe
5. Use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage or interfere with the Game

pickaxe may provide patches, updates, bug fixes, or new features. These updates may be required for continued use of the Game and are governed by this Agreement.

If the Game includes online services, pickaxe may modify, suspend, or discontinue such services at any time without prior notice. Access to online features may require an internet connection.

You agree not to use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disrupt, or interfere with the Game or other users' enjoyment.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, pickaxe SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. It automatically terminates if you violate any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which pickaxe is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

pickaxe reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

To improve the quality, stability, and performance of the Game, we may automatically collect anonymous or pseudonymous technical and gameplay information, including:
1. Device information
2. Operating system and hardware information
3. Gameplay statistics
4. Session duration and frequency
5. Crash reports and diagnostic information
6. General usage and performance metrics
This information is used solely to maintain, improve, troubleshoot, and optimize the Game. It is not collected for advertising purposes.

By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that such technical and gameplay information may be collected and processed for the purposes described in this Agreement.

By installing or using the Game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.
