END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Before installing or using the video game "Project Rewrite" (hereinafter — "Game"), please read the terms of this Agreement. By installing or launching the Game, you agree to these rules.
1. Grant of License
The studio "VICELINK Games" (hereinafter — "Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive right (license) to install and run a copy of the Game for your personal use on your devices in accordance with the rules and capabilities of the platform on which the Game was purchased.
2. Restrictions
To protect the Game from illegal distribution, we ask you to comply with the following rules. You are not allowed to:
- Distribute files: Upload the Game files to any third-party websites, cloud storage, network resources, or transfer them to third parties.
- Sell and transfer: Sell the Game, rent it out, exchange it, or otherwise transfer the rights to use the Game to third parties for commercial purposes or in violation of the rules of the distribution platform.
- Hack and extract resources: Decompile or disassemble the Game code, extract its protected files (including game program code, 3D models, textures, music, sounds, and other resources) for third-party use, as well as attempt to bypass the Game's protection systems.
- Use for commercial purposes: Use the Game or any parts thereof to generate commercial profit without the written consent of "VICELINK Games".
3. Copyright
The Game "Project Rewrite", including its code, graphics, storyline, music, and characters, is the intellectual property of "VICELINK Games" and is protected by copyright laws. By purchasing the Game, you acquire the right to play it, but the intellectual property rights themselves remain with the developers.
4. Term of the Rules
These rules take effect as soon as you install or launch the Game. They remain active for as long as the Game is on your device. If you decide to delete the Game, this agreement terminates for you.
5. Liability and Support
The Game is provided on an "as is" basis. We have made every effort to make the Game stable and interesting, but we cannot guarantee perfect performance on absolutely all computer configurations. "VICELINK Games" is not liable for any technical failures on your device that occur during gameplay.
