ESTRO QUANTUM — END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of ESTRO Quantum
("the Game"), operated by Estro Games ("we", "us"). It SUPPLEMENTS, and does not
replace, the Steam Subscriber Agreement ("SSA") between you and Valve Corporation.
In case of conflict, the SSA prevails for platform matters (client license,
payments, refunds, chargebacks); this EULA prevails for game-specific matters
(gameplay, leaderboards, inventory, server conduct). By installing or playing the
Game you accept this EULA.
1. LICENSE
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to
use the Game for private entertainment through your Steam account. One account
per natural person. You may not sublicense, sell or transfer your access.
2. ACCOUNT AND AGE
Access requires a valid Steam account compliant with the SSA, and that you meet
the minimum age required by Steam and by applicable law in your jurisdiction
(Valve indicates 13 years as a reference minimum; for minors, parental consent is
required where applicable law requires it).
3. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not: use cheats, hacks, trainers or memory editors; automate play (bots,
macros, scripted input); exploit bugs to gain unintended advantages; manipulate
statistics, leaderboards or rewards; collude in multiplayer (intentional losses,
account sharing); circumvent anti-cheat or reverse engineer the Game. On
violation, after internal review, your access to our servers and the data of your
Estro profile may be suspended or terminated, with possible removal of rank and
cosmetics obtained illicitly. Any sanction applies only to our service and your
Estro profile: it does NOT affect your Steam account, managed by Valve. You may
appeal within 14 days at info@estro.games.
4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND PURCHASES
In-game cosmetics are acquired with virtual in-game currencies, Standard Points
(PS) and Singularity Points (P§), earned through play. These currencies have no
real monetary value and cannot be sold, exchanged, converted to real money or
transferred between users. Cosmetics are digital content delivered instantly to
your Estro profile, final and non-transferable. Any purchase of the Game itself
is processed by Steam: for payments, refunds or chargebacks contact Steam Support
(https://help.steampowered.com), which handles all transactions.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Game content (artwork, code, narrative, music, sound, card and 3D design,
visual identity and branding) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not extract,
redistribute or sell Game assets, nor create derivative works for commercial
purposes without written authorization. Streaming, gameplay videos, screenshots,
non-commercial fan art and UGC on social media are permitted without prior request.
6. DATA AND PRIVACY
To operate the Game we process: your Steam ID, Steam display name and avatar URL,
and game data (PvE/PvP stats, mastery, login streak, story progression, ranked
position, owned and equipped cosmetics, shop history). Data is stored on
infrastructure provided by Neon and Vercel and authenticated via Valve; all
traffic uses HTTPS/TLS and your Steam password never transits our servers. We do
NOT collect email, real name, address, phone, biometrics or precise location, and
we do NOT perform profiling or advertising. The full Privacy Policy is available
inside the Game and at https://estro.games. You may exercise your GDPR rights
(access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) by writing to
info@estro.games with your Steam ID.
7. LIVE SERVICE AND CHANGES
The Game is a live service in continuous evolution (Early Access). We may modify
rules, balance, modes, interface and seasonal structure. Significant changes are
notified on the welcome screen at the next login. Continued play after an update
implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability,
absence of bugs or absolute data accuracy. NO limitation of liability applies to
our willful misconduct or gross negligence, to the inalienable rights of
consumers under the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005) and applicable EU law,
or to personal injury. In all other cases our total liability is limited to the
amount you actually spent on the Game in the 12 months preceding the event.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
This EULA is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory provisions of
the Italian Consumer Code apply, with jurisdiction at the consumer's place of
residence. EU consumers may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
