End User License Agreement — Board Poker
By installing or running the game you agree to this Agreement.
1. License. The Developer (Natural Nomad) grants a non-exclusive and non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, distribution or sale, cheating or hacking, and infringing the rights of others are prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property. All components of the game (code, art, music, text) belong to the Developer or their rightful owners.
4. Third-Party Assets. This game includes third-party licensed assets governed by their respective licenses.
5. Disclaimer. The game is provided "as is", and warranties are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or incidental damages.
