END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THIS SOFTWARE.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use "Sweet Memories" solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and interest in "Sweet Memories" and its content remain the property of Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. This includes but is not limited to graphics, audio, code, story, and characters.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the game except as expressly permitted.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
- Use the game for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- Circumvent or disable any security or technical features.
4. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If the game allows you to create or share content, you grant Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, distribute, and display such content within the game and related services.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or hardware/software damage.
7. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Dogpelt Studio Co., Ltd. may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the game.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
