END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) & PRIVACY POLICY

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and Sogen Teknoloji Limited Sirketi (operating under the trade name Automata Games) ("Licensor") for the tycoon video game Auto Empire Tycoon ("Game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game via Steam, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play one copy of the Game on a personal device solely for your non-commercial entertainment.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree NOT to:
- Decompile or Reverse Engineer: You shall not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code, formulas, or balance algorithms of the Game.
- Cheats and Exploits: You shall not create, distribute, or use unauthorized software, mods, or cheats that alter the Game’s intended balance or logic.
- Commercial Use: You shall not exploit the Game or any of its parts for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Licensor.
3. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS-IS" CLAUSE)
THE GAME IS PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. THE LICENSOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL NOT CAUSE SYSTEM CRASHES OR DATA LOSS ON YOUR DEVICE. YOU INSTALL AND RUN THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR COMPUTER FAILURE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME.
5. PRIVACY POLICY & DATA COLLECTION
We care about your privacy. The Game operates under the following data principles:
- Steam Data: The Game utilizes built-in Steamworks features (such as Steam Cloud Saves and Steam Achievements). This data is managed directly by Valve Corporation according to the Steam Privacy Policy.
- Analytics & Crash Reports: The Game may collect anonymous, non-personally identifiable technical data (such as hardware specifications and crash logs) solely to help fix bugs and optimize tycoon performance.
- No Third-Party Sharing: The Licensor does not collect, store, or sell your personal information (such as names, emails, or physical addresses) to third parties.
6. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located within Turkey.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies.
