END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and GoatCode LLC ("GoatCode," "we," "us," or "our") for RDVA-TD: Rescue Dogs vs Aliens, including all related software, files, artwork, music, sound effects, documentation, updates, and downloadable content (the "Game").
By installing, downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or play the Game.
1. License
GoatCode LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use on supported devices and platforms.
This Agreement does not sell or transfer ownership of the Game to you. GoatCode LLC retains all rights not expressly granted.
2. Steam and Platform Terms
If you obtain the Game through Steam, your use of Steam and Steam-related services is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other applicable Steam terms. If there is a conflict between this Agreement and Steam’s required platform terms, Steam’s terms control only as to Steam services.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Game, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
- Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Use cheats, automation, exploits, or unauthorized third-party tools to alter gameplay or platform features.
- Upload, distribute, or make available any Game files except as expressly permitted by GoatCode LLC.
4. Ownership
RDVA-TD: Rescue Dogs vs Aliens, RDVA-TD, the RDVA-TD logo, characters, artwork, music, sound effects, game design, source code, object code, and all related intellectual property are owned by GoatCode LLC or its licensors.

5. Saves, Settings, and Cloud Features
The Game may create local save files and settings files on your device. If supported by Steam Cloud or another platform service, those files may be synchronized through that service according to the platform’s terms.
GoatCode LLC is not responsible for loss of save data caused by device failure, user deletion, platform outages, sync conflicts, operating system issues, or corrupted files.
6. Updates
GoatCode LLC may provide patches, updates, or changes to the Game. Updates may modify gameplay, balance, features, compatibility, or technical requirements. Some updates may be required to continue using the Game through a supported platform.
7. Third-Party Software and Services
The Game may use third-party software, libraries, platform SDKs, or services, including Steamworks. Those components may be subject to their own licenses or terms. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you may have under applicable open-source licenses.
8. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or other feedback about the Game, you grant GoatCode LLC a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation or obligation to you.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement automatically terminate if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and uninstall or delete your copies, except where platform rules provide otherwise.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoatCode LLC disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
GoatCode LLC does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all systems, or free from harmful components.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoatCode LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, lost profits, business interruption, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to the Game or this Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoatCode LLC’s total liability for any claim related to the Game or this Agreement will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawai'i, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hawai'i country Hawai'i, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
13. Severability
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect.
14. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, together with any applicable platform terms, is the entire agreement between you and GoatCode LLC regarding the Game and replaces any prior agreements about the Game.
