# End User License Agreement (EULA) — Terra Concordia

## 1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Terra Concordia ("the Software"), you ("the User") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

## 2. License Grant

NCB Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Terra Concordia on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

## 3. Restrictions

You may NOT:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software
- Distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the Software
- Use the Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission
- Remove or alter copyright notices or trademarks
- Use the Software to violate any applicable law

You MAY:
- Stream or record gameplay for any platform (YouTube, Twitch, etc.), including monetized content
- Create fan art, fan fiction, or non-commercial derivative content
- Use the included Print & Play kit for personal tabletop play
- Share screenshots and videos on social media

## 4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, art, music, text, and gameplay elements of Terra Concordia are the intellectual property of NCB Company, except for:
- Third-party libraries (Electron, React, Vite, Tailwind, Resvg, etc.) under their respective licenses
- Music tracks licensed under Creative Commons or similar (see CREDITS section in-game)

## 5. User-Generated Content (Future)

If/when Steam Workshop is enabled:
- You retain ownership of original content you create
- You grant NCB Company a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display your Workshop content via Steam Workshop
- You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights

## 6. Multiplayer Conduct (When Online Multiplayer Launches)

When playing online, you agree to:
- Not cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software
- Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
- Respect other players

Violations may result in temporary or permanent bans from online services. Steam VAC may be enabled at NCB Company's discretion.

## 7. Updates and Discontinuation

NCB Company reserves the right to:
- Update the Software at any time
- Modify or discontinue features
- Discontinue the Software entirely

Updates may modify or remove features. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

## 8. Data Collection

See Privacy Policy at `privacy-policy.md`.

Summary: Terra Concordia collects minimal data necessary for gameplay (local saves, settings). When integrated with Steam, the Steam API may collect achievement progress, playtime, and cloud saves per Valve's Privacy Policy.

## 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NCB Company does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

## 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NCB Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Software.

## 11. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. NCB Company may terminate this EULA if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software.

## 12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [SUA CIDADE], Brazil.
