GRS Studio actively encourages the community to create video content. You are granted permission to capture, stream (on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, etc.), and monetize video recordings of the Game.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
The Game is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including but not limited to any computer code, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, and musical compositions) are owned by GRS Studio or its licensors.
5. UNREAL ENGINE SPECIFIC PROVISIONS
The Game is developed using the Unreal® Engine. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree that Epic Games, Inc. ("Epic") and its licensors are not liable for any damages, liabilities, or claims arising from your use of the Game. The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Epic makes no representations or warranties regarding the Game and disclaims all implied warranties.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. GRS STUDIO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRS STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF GRS STUDIO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8. TERMINATION
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from GRS Studio if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
