IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("AGREEMENT") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THIS SOFTWARE. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OR USE THE SOFTWARE.

This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (the "Licensee" or "User") and T55 Arthouse ("Licensor"), an independent game studio established in Bandung, Indonesia.

1. LICENSE GRANT & SCOPE OF USE
Subject to your strict compliance with the terms and conditions herein, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use one (1) copy of the software executable for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Limited Content Creation Exception: Notwithstanding the foregoing commercial restrictions, Licensor hereby grants Licensee a revocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to broadcast, record, and monetize audio-visual gameplay footage of the software on public third-party video and streaming platforms (including, but not limited to, YouTube, Twitch, and TikTok).
- Audio Synchronization Requirement: The soundtrack accompanying the game (the "OST") may be broadcast only when strictly synchronized with real-time, active visual gameplay footage. Extraction, separation, distribution, or standalone broadcasting of the audio tracks apart from the game footage is strictly prohibited under this license.
- Content Restrictions: This media creation exception is conditional upon the content being lawful. Licensor reserves the sole right to revoke this media license if the content is determined to be defamatory, unlawful, or in violation of intellectual property rights.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & OWNERSHIP
The software, including but not limited to its source code, object code, artwork, narrative elements, user interfaces, and the Original Soundtrack ("OST"), constitutes the proprietary intellectual property of T55 Arthouse and its respective licensors. This Agreement constitutes a license for use, not a sale of title or ownership rights.
- Digital Fingerprinting and Music Policy: Licensor elects to exclude the OST from automated digital fingerprinting and automated Content ID registries on platform networks (e.g., YouTube Content ID) to permit seamless user monetization. Licensor and its partner artists retain all traditional copyright entitlements and will manually issue Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) take-down notices for standalone audio re-uploads, unauthorized compilation tracks, or independent commercial distribution.
- Irrevocable Feedback License: In the event that Licensee submits suggestions, bug reports, ideas, or feedback to Licensor, Licensee hereby grants Licensor a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, assignable, and sublicensable right to utilize, implement, and commercialize such feedback within current or future software products without compensation, accounting, or attribution obligations to the Licensee.

3. USER RESTRICTIONS
Licensee strictly agrees that they shall not, directly or indirectly, perform or attempt to perform any of the following prohibited actions:
- Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software.
- Rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, copy, pirate, or commercially exploit the software or any of its composite assets.
- Modify, alter, hack, or inject unauthorized code into the game files to disrupt the intended software infrastructure, except via official developer-provided modding utilities.
- Transfer, assign, or sell any user accounts or access keys associated with the platform license.

4. DATA PRIVACY & TELEMETRY
Licensor respects the data privacy of the User. Software operation relies exclusively on basic operational telemetry and automated crash reports to preserve stability. All data aggregation pipelines comply with applicable global data privacy regulations. 5. TERMINATION
This Agreement and the license granted hereunder shall terminate automatically and immediately upon any material breach of this contract by the Licensee (including, but not limited to, unauthorized reverse engineering or copyright piracy). Upon termination, Licensee must immediately cease all use of the software and permanently purge all copies of the software from their hardware storage arrays.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. T55 ARTHOUSE HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORILY DEFINED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, UNIFIED, HARDWARE-COMPATIBLE, OR ENTIRELY ERROR-FREE.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL T55 ARTHOUSE BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR MARKET LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR’S TOTAL AGGREGATE FINANCIAL LIABILITY FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY THE LICENSEE FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

8. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflicts of law frameworks.
- Good Faith Mediation: Prior to the initiation of any formal legal proceedings, both parties explicitly agree to attempt a resolution through formal, direct, good-faith communication over a minimum period of thirty (30) business days.
- Forum Selection Clause: If formal resolution becomes necessary, both parties agree that all disputes, litigation, or legal proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be filed and adjudicated exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bandung, Indonesia.
- Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be arbitrated or litigated on an individual basis. Licensee waives the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action, collective action, or representative legal proceeding.
