End User License Agreement (EULA) for Millennium State: Path to Hegemony. Thank you for your interest in our game! We (I) are the developer of this game, and your support is incredibly important to us (me). Please read this agreement carefully before you start playing. It defines the rules for using our (my) project.

1. License Grant
By purchasing this game, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to install and use it for entertainment purposes. The game remains our intellectual property. You do not have the right to resell, distribute, or attempt to extract the game's source code (decompile it).

2. The Indie Fact
We (I) want to be honest with you: Millennium State is an independent (Indie) project, not a high-budget AAAA+ title. We put all our effort into creating deep mechanics, high replayability, and a unique gaming experience. However, given the limited resources of the team, you may encounter certain technical rough edges, bugs, or imperfect balance. We are constantly working on improving the game and rely on your understanding and constructive feedback.

3. Modifications (Mods) and User-Generated Content
We support community creativity! We do not rule out future expansions in the form of patches that will add modifications to the game, which will directly involve creative players.

4. Geopolitical and Historical Context
The game simulates real world processes, political regimes, and historical events (1994-2050). All game mechanics (including hybrid aggression and wars) are created solely for entertainment and simulation purposes. The game is completely driven by certain political theories from various categories of political science (geopolitics, ethnopolitics, information security, civil society, and the transitology of political regimes). They do not reflect the political views of the developers, do not call for violence, and are not propaganda. This is a virtual sandbox where you write history yourself. We do not try to promote any of the political ideologies depicted in the storyline of the game Millennium State.

5. Agreement Updates
We (I) reserve the right to make changes to this EULA as the game develops. The current version will always be available on the game's Steam page.

6. By continuing to install and launch the game, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. We wish you an interesting command on the geopolitical fault lines of civilizations!

7. Legality of Obtaining a Copy
This game is officially distributed exclusively through legal digital platforms (for example, Steam). If you did not purchase this game but obtained it bypassing legal channels, you have no right to use it and are obliged to delete it from your PC or purchase at least one legal copy.
