User Terms of Service
These User Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") set forth the rights and obligations between Monogames and you, as well as the conditions for the provision of the games provided by our team (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"). Before using the Game, you must read the entire text of these Terms and agree to them.
By starting to play the Game, you shall be deemed to have entered into a usage agreement regarding the Game with Monogames based on these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue using the Game.
1. Applicability
1.1. These Terms are intended to define the conditions for providing the Game and the relationship of rights and obligations between Monogames and you regarding the use of the Game, and shall apply to any and all relationships between Monogames and you concerning the use of the Game.
1.2. The rules regarding the use of the Game and the privacy policy posted by Monogames on the Monogames website shall constitute an integral part of these Terms.
1.3. If there is any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and the rules mentioned in the preceding paragraph or any other descriptions of the Game outside of these Terms, the provisions of these Terms shall take precedence.
2. Rights
Except for the rights explicitly granted under these Terms, (i) the Game (including, whether individual or composite, all characters, graphics, music or sounds, characters, names, themes, costumes, still images, videos, audiovisual effects, and all other elements constituting the whole or any part of the Game) and any copies thereof, (ii) intellectual property rights associated with the Service, including trademarks, logos, trade names, service marks, patentable subject matter, and other forms of intellectual property rights regarding Monogames and the Game, and (iii) any other titles, ownership rights, intellectual property rights, and all other rights related to the Game shall belong to and remain the exclusive property of Monogames. The Game is protected by domestic and international laws, regulations, and copyright treaties.
3. Usage Restrictions
3.1. You must not engage in any of the following acts when using the Game:
(i) Violate applicable laws, regulations, or these Terms.
(ii) Violate public order and morals.
(iii) Use the Game for commercial or political purposes.
(iv) Copy, scrape, data-mine, reproduce, redisplay, reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyze, hack, or modify the Service, including the servers or networks used to provide the Game.
(v) Access or attempt to access an account that does not belong to you.
(vi) Interfere with other users' use of the Service.
(vii) Cheat or obtain unauthorized benefits in the Game or other services of Monogames.
(viii) Create, develop, modify, distribute, use, promote, advertise, sell, or commercialize any software, services, tools, or schemes without the prior written consent of Monogames for the purpose of cheating or obtaining unauthorized benefits.
(ix) Interfere with the security features of the Game.
(x) Mimic the Game or access the Game using unauthorized servers.
(xi) Intercept, mine, or collect information from the Game or its users without the prior written consent of Monogames.
(object) Infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of Monogames or any third party.
(xiii) Remove any notices regarding trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights related to the Game.
(xiv) Belong to anti-social forces (meaning organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, right-wing groups, anti-social forces, and other similar persons; the same shall apply hereinafter), or have any interaction or involvement with anti-social forces, such as cooperating with or being involved in the maintenance, operation, or management of anti-social forces through funding or other means.
3.2. If you violate any of the matters in the preceding paragraph, or otherwise breach these Terms, Monogames may immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Game.
4. Use of the Game by Children
4.1. Monogames does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or other applicable minimum age in your place of residence) without verifiable, explicit parental or guardian consent required by law. Children who are 13 years of age (or other applicable minimum age in their place of residence) or older but under 18 years of age (or other applicable age of majority in their place of residence) must obtain the consent of a parent or guardian before using the Game.
4.2. Parents and guardians of children under 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your area) must read these Terms carefully before permitting their children to use the Game.
