This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Dominik Mraček ("Developer") regarding the use of the video game "CLEARENCE" ("Software"). By installing or using the Software, you accept the terms of this Agreement.

The Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Software on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sublicense or redistribute the Software or any portion thereof.
  
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
  
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notices.
  
• Use the Software to harass, defame or harm others.
  
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable laws.

The Software — including all code, art, music, dialogue, characters, narrative and trademarks — is owned by the Developer and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you under this Agreement.

If the Software allows you to create, capture or share content (screenshots, video, modifications), you retain ownership of your content but grant the Developer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and promote such content in connection with the Software.

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. The Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or operate without interruption.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
