This agreement is between you and MagicCat and applies to Rainbow Bridge (Chinese title: 彩虹桥云岛物语) obtained through Steam (the "Game"). By purchasing or using the Game, you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Game.
1. License
Subject to this agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, MagicCat grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Restrictions
Without prior written permission, you may not: copy, rent, sell, or redistribute the Game; reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain source code except where applicable law expressly allows; remove or alter copyright or trademark notices; or use the Game for commercial operation or public servers.
3. Ownership
Intellectual property in the Game and its names, logos, characters, artwork, music, text, and other content remains with MagicCat or its licensors. This agreement transfers no ownership.
4. Steam
The Game is distributed via Steam. The Steam Subscriber Agreement and related Valve terms also apply. This product is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MagicCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; local mandatory law then applies.
6. Termination
If you breach this agreement, the license ends immediately. You must then stop using and delete copies of the Game.
7. Other
This agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Matters not covered here follow the Steam Subscriber Agreement and applicable law.
