MULTI AUTO CLICKER - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

Last updated: June 6, 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of Multi Auto Clicker ("Software"), developed and provided by Cyvana ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, installing, launching, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, launch, access, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Cyvana grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for personal or permitted professional desktop automation purposes, subject to this Agreement and applicable law.

Permitted professional desktop automation may include internal productivity tasks, repetitive desktop workflows, software testing workflows, accessibility-like workflows, and other lawful automation activities where such use is allowed by the relevant application, website, platform, workplace, or service.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Software to you. The Software is licensed, not sold.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Software. If the laws of your country require a higher minimum age, parental consent, or guardian consent for digital services or software use, you may use the Software only if those requirements are met.

By using the Software, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and consent requirements in your country.

3. Permitted Use

Multi Auto Clicker is a desktop automation utility designed to automate mouse clicks, keyboard inputs, and visible desktop UI workflows.

You are solely responsible for deciding where, how, and whether the Software may be used. Before using the Software with any application, website, game, online service, workplace system, or third-party platform, you must review and comply with that platform's terms, rules, policies, and applicable laws.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Software:

a. to violate any applicable law, regulation, contract, platform rule, game rule, website policy, workplace policy, or third-party right;

b. to cheat, exploit, farm rewards, manipulate rankings, bypass limitations, or gain an unfair advantage in games, online services, platforms, or applications;

c. to bypass, interfere with, disable, or evade anti-cheat systems, access-control systems, security systems, rate limits, or abuse-prevention mechanisms;

d. to perform spam, credential attacks, scraping, unauthorized access, fraud, or any harmful or abusive automation;

e. to modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software, except where such restriction is not permitted by applicable law;

f. to bypass license verification, payment, activation, or other protection mechanisms.

Certain games, platforms, applications, and anti-cheat systems may prohibit automation entirely. Any account ban, access restriction, penalty, or enforcement action resulting from your use of the Software is your sole responsibility.

5. Image Target Feature

The Software may include an image matching or "Image Target" feature. This feature is intended only for visible desktop UI workflows where automation is permitted.

You must not use this feature to bypass security systems, automate prohibited activity, evade platform rules, or gain an unfair advantage in games or online services.

6. User Profiles and Configuration

You are responsible for creating, testing, and using automation profiles safely.

You are responsible for testing profiles safely before live use, using reasonable intervals and limits, and stopping automation immediately if unexpected behavior occurs. Preview, emergency stop, failsafe, or similar features are provided to reduce risk, but they cannot guarantee complete protection against every possible error, misconfiguration, system issue, or unintended result.

7. Steam Workshop and User-Created Profiles

The Software may allow users to create, save, import, export, upload, download, subscribe to, share, or use automation profiles, configuration files, presets, scripts, or similar user-created content through Steam Workshop or other supported sharing features ("User Content").

You are solely responsible for any User Content that you create, upload, publish, share, download, subscribe to, import, or use with the Software.

By uploading or sharing User Content through Steam Workshop or any other supported feature, you confirm that:

a. you own the necessary rights to that User Content or have permission to share it;

b. the User Content does not violate any applicable law, third-party rights, Steam rules, platform policies, website policies, game terms of service, workplace policies, or this Agreement;

c. the User Content is not designed to cheat, exploit, bypass anti-cheat systems, abuse online services, farm rewards, perform spam, automate prohibited activity, or gain an unfair advantage;

d. the User Content does not contain malicious, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized automation behavior.

Subscribing to, downloading, importing, or using User Content created by other users is done at your own risk. Cyvana does not guarantee that any Steam Workshop item, profile, preset, or configuration file is safe, accurate, permitted by third-party platforms, compatible with your system, or suitable for your intended use.

You are responsible for reviewing and testing any downloaded or subscribed User Content before using it. Cyvana shall not be liable for any account bans, access restrictions, data loss, system issues, unintended actions, third-party claims, or other damages resulting from your use of User Content.

Cyvana may, but is not obligated to, remove, disable, restrict, or report User Content that appears to violate this Agreement, Steam rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.

Use of Steam Workshop is also subject to Steam's own terms, rules, and policies.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Software may involve local configuration files, automation profiles, diagnostic information, crash logs, Steam integration data, Steam Workshop subscriptions, or similar technical information necessary for the operation, support, improvement, or troubleshooting of the Software.

The Software may store certain profiles, presets, settings, logs, or configuration files locally on your device. You are responsible for managing, backing up, deleting, sharing, or exporting such local data.

If the Software uses Steam features, Steam Workshop, Steam Cloud, or other Steam services, your use of those features may also be subject to Steam's own privacy policy, subscriber agreement, and platform rules.

Cyvana does not sell personal data to third parties. For privacy-related questions, you may contact Cyvana at: contact@cyvana.net

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Cyvana does not warrant that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every application or system, suitable for your specific workflow, or accepted by any third-party platform, game, website, service, employer, or anti-cheat system.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cyvana, its developers, authors, publishers, and distributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or other damages arising from your use or misuse of the Software.

This includes, but is not limited to, account bans, access restrictions, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profits, disciplinary actions, software or hardware issues, third-party claims, platform penalties, or violations of third-party terms.

Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights where such exclusions are prohibited.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyvana, its developers, authors, publishers, distributors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

a. your use or misuse of the Software;

b. your User Content;

c. your violation of this Agreement;

d. your violation of applicable law, third-party rights, platform rules, game terms of service, workplace policies, website policies, or Steam rules.

This section does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

The Software, including its code, design, user interface, graphics, name, logo, and related materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you under this Agreement are reserved by Cyvana.

13. Third-Party Platforms

The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any third-party game, platform, website, application, employer, anti-cheat provider, or online service unless explicitly stated.

References to third-party platforms are for compatibility or descriptive purposes only.

14. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

Your license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software and uninstall it.

15. Changes to This Agreement

Cyvana may update this Agreement from time to time.

If Cyvana makes material changes to this Agreement, Cyvana may notify you through Steam, the Software, Cyvana's website, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the Software after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

If you do not agree to the updated Agreement, you must stop using the Software.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
