By installing, launching, or using NeuroRunner, you agree to this End-User License Agreement.

1. License
NeuroRunner grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use NeuroRunner through Steam for personal use.

2. Restrictions
You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract protected data, internal parameters, or security material from the software, except where allowed by applicable law.

3. Data and privacy
NeuroRunner processes motion and device-related data locally to provide SteamVR locomotion. Optional anonymized movement telemetry may be collected only with your explicit consent. All other processing is intended to remain local on your machine.

4. VR safety
NeuroRunner is a VR locomotion utility. Use it only in a safe play area, away from obstacles, pets, people, and fragile objects. Stop immediately if you feel discomfort, dizziness, nausea, pain, or loss of balance. You are responsible for using the software safely.

5. Compatibility
NeuroRunner is designed for SteamVR titles that use compatible locomotion input. Compatibility may vary depending on your headset, SteamVR setup, system configuration, and the target application.

6. Updates
Features, behavior, compatibility, and requirements may change through updates.

7. No warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroRunner and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software.

9. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach its terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the software.
