Game: Grounds For Termination Licensor: A Bit Clumsy LLC, a New York limited liability company Effective Date: 2026-05-26

By installing, downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you ("Licensee") agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.

Subject to this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment use only. This license is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement between you and Valve Corporation.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or make the Game publicly available except as permitted by the Steam Subscriber Agreement
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law
  
• Modify the Game's executable files or use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools that give unfair advantages in leaderboards
  
• Remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or attribution
  
• Use the Game to build a competing product

Streaming, video, and screenshots: You are welcome and encouraged to create and monetize videos, streams, screenshots, and written content featuring gameplay of the Game, subject to each platform's terms. Credit "Grounds For Termination by A Bit Clumsy" where reasonable.

User-Generated Content (deck names, character names): You retain ownership of text you enter. You grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free license to display such content in-game solely as required for the Game's features to function.

The Game, including code, art, music, text, and characters, is the property of A Bit Clumsy and its licensors. This Agreement transfers no ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Game includes third-party open-source libraries distributed under their respective licenses (MIT, SIL OFL, etc.). Full attribution is available in the in-game Credits screen and in the LICENSES.txt file in the Game's installation directory. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under those open-source licenses.

Save data is stored locally on your device and optionally synchronized via Steam Cloud. Licensor is not responsible for loss of save data due to device failure, cloud conflicts, mods, uninstallation, or Steam service outages. We include automatic .bak backups as a best-effort safeguard but make no guarantee of recoverability.

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Licensor does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid Valve for the Game in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

This Agreement terminates automatically if you breach it. Upon termination you must stop using the Game and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 4, 7, 8, 10, and 11 survive termination.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the State of New York.

This is the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Game, and supersedes prior agreements. We may update this Agreement for future versions of the Game; the Effective Date above reflects the version in force when you installed the current build.
