Chronicles for promoting beliefs, products or services unrelated to the game.
We reserve the right to change and update these guidelines.
All rights (including copyright and related rights) in the name, brand, assets, and any derivatives
are and will remain owned by Pegasus136Games. All permissions and consents are given by
us at our discretion and may be revoked at any time. All rights are expressly reserved.
If you are using any part of our name, brand, or assets, then do not do anything or include
anything that makes people think that what you are sharing could be interpreted as official or
approved, endorsed by or associated with us. Do not be unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or

events you must make it clear that it is unofficial content.

Chronicles gameplay to promote or market products, services, events, campaigns, or brands

You are allowed to put footage of our game on YouTube, Twitch, or any other website and profit
from them in accordance with policies outlined in this agreement. All videos (in their entirety)
must be free to view. You must add your own unique content to make the video or stream
reasonable to monetize. You cannot just overlay your own branding on top of gameplay and we
reserve the right to decide on whether content is unique enough. You cannot broadcast or
distribute videos or streams of uninterrupted gameplay via traditional, cable, satellite, and other
major broadcast television networks. Clips of gameplay could be used as reference material if
the subject is not the gameplay itself.
You cannot create and use videos or streams in order to advertise or promote products or
services. You must place any title and end credits, sponsorship notices, and other callouts
outside of the actual game content. Sponsors and any callouts must not cause harm to the
brand. You can’t sell copies of the videos or streams. You cannot create content that portrays
hate or extreme bias or encourages illegal activity.
Content liability
Please note that the views expressed in any user content are the views of the individual authors
or creators and not us or anyone connected with us unless we specify otherwise. We are not
responsible for all user content including any comments, views or remarks expressed.
We have no responsibility to monitor or review the content and that all user content is created
on the basis that we are not required to and do not exercise any control or judgment over it.
We may request to remove or suspend any user content including video or stream content if we
consider it is appropriate to do so, such as because you have breached these terms or we
receive a complaint that we believe warrants such action.
