END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and HawaGames ("Developer") regarding the game "Terra Dice" ("Game").
By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. LICENSE GRANT
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. OWNERSHIP
All rights, title, and intellectual property rights in the Game, including code, graphics, music, sounds, UI, logos, and other assets, remain the property of the Developer.
3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
You may not:
- Use cheats, hacks, macros, or unauthorized software
- Exploit bugs or engage in abusive gameplay
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
- Interfere with servers, matchmaking, or network systems
- Modify, copy, or distribute game data without authorization
4. ONLINE SERVICES
Some features of the Game may require an internet connection.
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
5. ACCOUNT ACTIONS
The Developer may suspend or terminate access to the Game without prior notice if you violate this Agreement.
6. USER CONTENT
You are solely responsible for any usernames, chat messages, or other content you create or use within the Game.
7. DISCLAIMER
The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, including stability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Game.
9. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
The Developer may modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
