SIGIL AUDIO WORKBENCH - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This software is licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive,
non-transferable license to install and use Sigil Audio Workbench for
personal or commercial audio production.

2. OWNERSHIP OF CREATED CONTENT (AUDIO & PATCHES)
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of all audio, sounds, recordings,
samples, and custom patches created using Sigil Audio Workbench. You may
use your generated audio for commercial or non-commercial purposes royalty-free.

3. RESTRICTIONS
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, rent, lease, or
resell the software application itself or its core application binaries.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ("AS IS")
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT
SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (AUDIO & HARDWARE NOTICE)
Audio synthesis software can produce high-volume audio signals, frequencies,
or feedback loops. By using this software, you agree that the author is not
responsible for any hardware damage to speakers/headphones, hearing discomfort,
or data loss resulting from the use or misuse of the software.
