End User License Agreement (EULA)

This software, "Warrior's Memory: The Hollow Strata" (hereinafter referred to as the "Game"), is provided by RAIU Project (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") and is licensed under this Agreement.
By installing or using the Game, the user is deemed to have agreed to this Agreement.
Article 1. Grant of License
The Developer grants the user a non-exclusive right to use the Game for personal use.
Ownership and intellectual property rights of the Game are not transferred to the user.
Article 2. Permitted Uses
The user may do the following:
- Play and use the Game for personal purposes
- Create non-commercial modifications, mods, and translations within the scope of the mod folders or modding specifications provided by the Developer
- Publish or stream gameplay videos, subject to the terms and rules of each platform
Article 3. Prohibited Acts
The user may not engage in the following acts:
- Redistributing, selling, or lending all or part of the Game
- Extracting or reusing images, audio, programs, or other materials contained in the Game
- Commercial use of the Game or mods, including sales, paid distribution, or supporter-only distribution
- Any use that violates laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Article 4. Mods and Modifications
The Game permits modifications and mod creation for personal and non-commercial purposes.
However:
- The use and installation of mods is at the user's own risk
- The Developer shall not be liable for any bugs, issues, or damages related to mods
- The Developer has no obligation to provide support for problems caused by mods
Article 5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights related to the Game belong to the Developer or their rightful owners.
The Game may include AI-generated content and third-party licensed materials.
Article 6. Disclaimer
The Game is provided "as is."
The Developer shall not be liable for any of the following:
- Malfunctions, bugs, or loss of data
- Damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game
- Problems caused by the user's system environment
Article 7. Changes and Termination
The Developer may change the contents of the Game or discontinue its provision without prior notice.
The Developer may also modify this Agreement as necessary.
Article 8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
