END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and [Your Studio Name] (“Developer”) for the video game Realmlords (“Game”).

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game
Copy or redistribute the Game files
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game except where legally permitted
Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
2. Ownership

The Game and all content within it, including but not limited to code, graphics, audio, design, and assets, are owned by the Developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Game or any of its content.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits
Modify or tamper with the Game’s files
Interfere with online services (if applicable)
Use the Game in any way that violates laws or Steam policies
4. Updates and Changes

The Developer may update, patch, or modify the Game at any time without notice. Features may be added, changed, or removed.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.

The Developer does not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game, including but not limited to data loss, system failure, or indirect damages.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
