This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Synthaly LLC ("Synthaly", "we", "our", or "us") governing your installation, access to, and use of Synthaly Universe (the "Game"), including all software, downloadable content, updates, online services, virtual items, websites, and related features.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Synthaly Universe, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.


Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Synthaly grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Synthaly Universe solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Game or any related intellectual property.


Synthaly Universe, including all content, software, systems, code, visual assets, audio, music, text, trademarks, logos, characters, stories, virtual items, and updates are owned by Synthaly LLC and its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.


Certain features may require:

• Internet access
  
• Platform authentication
  
• Third-party account linking
  
• Additional service agreements

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity occurring under your account.

Synthaly may suspend or terminate access for violations of this Agreement.


You agree NOT to:

• Cheat, exploit, automate gameplay, or use unauthorized software
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game
  
• Circumvent security systems
  
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against users
  
• Upload unlawful or infringing content
  
• Redistribute unauthorized copies
  
• Commercially exploit the Game without permission
  
• Interfere with servers or gameplay systems

Violations may result in:

• Warnings
  
• Content removal
  
• Temporary suspension
  
• Permanent account termination
  
• Legal action where appropriate

If Synthaly Universe permits user-generated content ("UGC"), you retain ownership of content you create.

By uploading or sharing content through the Game, you grant Synthaly LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, distribute, display, modify for technical purposes, and operate such content in connection with the Game.

You represent that:

• You own or control the content rights
  
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
  
• Your content complies with applicable law

Synthaly may remove content at its discretion.


Virtual currencies, cosmetic items, downloadable content, subscriptions, passes, and digital goods have no real-world value except where required by law.

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform rules.

Synthaly reserves the right to modify, discontinue, rebalance, replace, or remove virtual content.


Synthaly may release:

• Updates
  
• Patches
  
• Balance changes
  
• Content additions
  
• Maintenance periods
  
• Technical improvements

Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated versions.


Features marked alpha, beta, preview, early access, testing, or experimental may contain bugs or incomplete functionality.

Progress, inventory, accounts, and saved data may be modified, reset, or removed.


Your use of Synthaly Universe may involve collection and processing of information necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Game.

Please review applicable privacy documentation for additional information.


Synthaly may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• This Agreement is violated
  
• Fraudulent or abusive activity occurs
  
• Operational, legal, or security concerns require action

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHALY UNIVERSE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

Synthaly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, and non-infringement.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHALY LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for access to the Game during the previous twelve (12) months.


This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Missouri, United States.

Applicable consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.


Synthaly may update this Agreement from time to time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication or continued use where permitted.
