STATSSTATION - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and the developer of StatsStation ("Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") covering the StatsStation application and all of its files and materials ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
This Agreement adds to the Steam Subscriber Agreement ("SSA") between you and Valve Corporation; where they conflict, the SSA controls.
1. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
The Software runs locally and records application and game usage on your device for your own reference. Because this data is stored only on your device and we keep no copy of it, we cannot recover it if it is deleted or if your device or its storage fails; keeping any backups is your responsibility.
2. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS
The Software includes third-party components, including the Microsoft Windows App SDK, Microsoft Win2D, Microsoft Edge WebView2, the Microsoft .NET runtime, and the Valve Steamworks SDK. These are licensed under their own terms, reproduced or referenced in the THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt file distributed with the Software. The restrictions in Section 3 also apply to these components as included in the Software. The owners of these components are intended beneficiaries of this Agreement to the extent it protects their software.
3. WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO
You may not, and may not let others:
(a) copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise share the Software, except as the SSA allows;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except where applicable law expressly permits despite this limitation;
(c) modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Software;
(d) remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the Software; or
(e) use the Software unlawfully, or as part of any malicious or deceptive program.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOU BEAR THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE. We are not obligated to provide updates, maintenance, or support for the Software. You acknowledge that the Software runs alongside other applications and games, some protected by anti-cheat or similar third-party software, and that no one, including us, can guarantee how such software will respond to any program on a device. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ARISING FROM HOW SUCH THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE RESPONDS TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING ANY ACTION TAKEN AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNTS, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR IT.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS AGREEMENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE. NOTHING HERE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND YOU MAY HAVE STATUTORY RIGHTS THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT AFFECT.
6. GENERAL
This Agreement, together with the SSA and the third-party terms referenced in Section 2, is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Software. It is governed by the same laws that govern your SSA. This Agreement ends when you delete the Software or when your license to it under the SSA ends; Sections 2 through 6 survive its end. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. The Software is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft Corporation, Valve Corporation, or the makers of any application it observes.
