END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Alter Hours Interactive ("Developer") governing your use of “In Nomine…” ("Game"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal entertainment. This license does not grant ownership of the Game or any intellectual property contained therein.
2. Gameplay Videos and Streaming
The Developer welcomes gameplay videos, livestreams, reviews, speedruns, and other non-deceptive content featuring the Game, including monetized content through services such as YouTube, Twitch, Kick, TikTok, and similar platforms, provided such content does not include unauthorized distribution of the Game's files or assets outside the normal presentation of gameplay. The Developer reserves the right to revoke this permission in cases involving unlawful activity, misleading representations, or content that infringes the Developer's intellectual property rights.
3. Ownership
The Game, including all software, artwork, music, sound effects, dialogue, characters, trademarks, logos, and other content, is owned by Alter Hours Interactive and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Copy or redistribute the Game except as permitted by law.
- Sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game except where applicable law expressly permits.
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
5. Updates
The Developer may release updates, patches, balance changes, or bug fixes at its discretion. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
6. No Online Services
The Game is a single-player experience and does not require online services to play. The Developer does not guarantee continued availability of optional platform services provided by third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Termination
This Agreement automatically terminates if the User violates its terms. Upon termination, the User must cease use of the Game and destroy any copies in their possession where required by law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Nothing in this Agreement limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
