END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End User License Agreement ("Agreement"
or "EULA") is a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you" or
"your") and Virex Media Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales
under company number 13331584, having its registered office in the United
Kingdom ("Virex Media", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your use of the FUNEX
video game software and any related documentation, updates, patches and
content provided by us (collectively, the "Software").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING OR USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO
BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL
OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND REQUEST A REFUND THROUGH STEAM IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE APPLICABLE STEAM REFUND POLICY.
1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 "Software" means the FUNEX game in object code form, including any
updates, upgrades, patches, hotfixes, downloadable content and any
accompanying documentation made available by Virex Media.
1.2 "Steam" means the digital distribution platform operated by Valve
Corporation, through which the Software is distributed.
1.3 "Steam Account" means the account through which you purchased or
obtained a license to the Software on Steam.
1.4 "License" means the limited, personal-use right granted to you under
Section 2 of this Agreement.
1.5 "Subscriber Agreement" means the Steam Subscriber Agreement between
you and Valve Corporation, as amended from time to time.
2. GRANT OF LICENSE
2.1 Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement, Virex Media
grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-
sublicensable, revocable license to:
(a) download and install one (1) copy of the Software on devices you
own or control, in accordance with Steam's then-current rules;
(b) use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial
entertainment purposes; and
(c) receive updates and patches made generally available by Virex Media
through Steam.
2.2 The License is tied to the Steam Account that acquired the Software.
You may not separate the License from that Steam Account, sell it,
rent it, lease it, lend it, or transfer it to any other person,
except as expressly permitted by the Subscriber Agreement.
2.3 The Software is licensed to you, not sold. Virex Media and its licensors
retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software.
3. RESTRICTIONS
3.1 You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:
(a) copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, broadcast or
publicly display the Software, in whole or in part, except as
expressly permitted by this Agreement;
(b) modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or merge
the Software with any other software, except to the extent
permitted by mandatory applicable law;
(c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to
derive the source code, underlying ideas, algorithms, file
formats or non-public APIs of the Software, except to the extent
that such activity is expressly permitted by mandatory
applicable law notwithstanding this restriction;
(d) remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark or other
proprietary notice contained in or on the Software;
(e) use the Software for any commercial purpose, including paid
tournaments, paid streaming services that bundle the Software,
arcade or "pay-to-play" installations, or use within a business
where the Software is the primary service offered, in each case
without Virex Media's prior written consent;
(f) use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, modifications or
third-party software that interfere with the operation of the
Software, give an unfair advantage, harm other users, or
circumvent any technical protection measure;
(g) use the Software in violation of any applicable law, regulation
or third-party right;
(h) export or re-export the Software in violation of any applicable
export control or sanctions law.
3.2 The Software simulates a fictional stock market for entertainment
purposes only. No part of the Software constitutes financial,
investment, trading, tax or legal advice, and you must not rely on
it as such. All tickers, companies, prices, news events and bot
behaviours are fictional and bear no relationship to any real
securities or persons.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
4.1 The Software, including all code, art, music, sound effects, user
interface elements, design, structure, characters, names, themes,
dialogue, storylines, locations, concepts, artwork, animations,
audio-visual effects, methods of operation, documentation, in-game
text and any related materials, is owned by Virex Media or its licensors
and is protected by the copyright laws of the United Kingdom and
other jurisdictions, as well as by international copyright treaties.
4.2 "FUNEX" and the FUNEX logo are trademarks of Virex Media Ltd. All
other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
4.3 The Software includes third-party open-source components (including,
without limitation, components of the Electron framework). Such
components are licensed under their own respective licenses, copies
of which are included with the Software and prevail over this
Agreement solely in respect of those components.
5. UPDATES AND AVAILABILITY
5.1 Virex Media may, from time to time, make updates, patches, bug fixes or
additional content available for the Software through Steam. Such
updates may be installed automatically by Steam and may modify,
change or remove features of the Software.
5.2 Virex Media does not guarantee that the Software, or any particular
feature of it, will remain available indefinitely. Virex Media may, in its
reasonable discretion, discontinue support for the Software,
discontinue specific features (including any online features),
or cease distribution of the Software, subject to Valve's policies
and applicable consumer-protection law.
6. USER DATA AND PRIVACY
6.1 The Software is designed to operate primarily offline. Save data,
settings and licensing state are stored locally on your device.
6.2 Virex Media does not directly collect personal data through the Software
beyond what is strictly necessary to authenticate optional license
features, deliver updates, or operate any online services that the
Software may offer. Information that Steam collects about your
purchase and use of the Software is governed by Valve's privacy
policy.
6.3 Where the Software contacts servers operated by or for Virex Media (for
example, to retrieve game configuration), such communications are
limited to non-personal technical data.
7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS
PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT
WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VIREX AND ITS LICENSORS DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE,
INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY
QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.
7.2 Without limiting Section 7.1, Virex Media does not warrant that the
Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of
viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be
corrected.
7.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes any statutory rights
that you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of
residence, including (where applicable) the UK Consumer Rights Act
2015, that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT
SHALL VIREX OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY,
SAVINGS OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT
OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF VIREX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL
AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VIREX AND ITS LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF OR IN
CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SOFTWARE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO VALVE FOR THE
SOFTWARE, AND (B) FIVE POUNDS STERLING (GBP 5.00).
8.3 Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits Virex Media's liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or
fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability which
cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. TERMINATION
9.1 This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this
Agreement will terminate automatically and without notice from
Virex Media if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
9.2 Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete
all copies of the Software in your possession or control. Steam may,
in accordance with the Subscriber Agreement, also remove your access
to the Software.
9.3 Sections 3 (Restrictions), 4 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer
of Warranties), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Termination),
11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction) and 13 (General) shall survive
termination of this Agreement.
10. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
10.1 Virex Media may amend this Agreement from time to time, for example to
reflect changes to the Software, to Valve's policies, or to
applicable law. The amended Agreement will be made available within
the Software or via Steam and will apply to your continued use of
the Software after it is made available.
11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
11.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual
disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its
subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 You and Virex Media irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or
claim, save that nothing in this Section limits any mandatory right
you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of
your country of residence.
12. STEAM ADDENDUM
12.1 The Software is distributed through Steam. Your use of Steam, and
your purchase, download and ongoing access to the Software via
Steam, are also subject to the Subscriber Agreement and to Valve's
policies, including its refund policy and rules of conduct, in each
case as published by Valve from time to time.
12.2 This Agreement is between you and Virex Media only, and not with Valve.
Virex Media (and not Valve) is solely responsible for the Software and
for any support, warranty or claims related to it, except to the
extent that Valve provides distribution, payment processing and
refund services through Steam.
12.3 To the extent there is any conflict between this Agreement and the
Subscriber Agreement in respect of the distribution, purchase,
payment or refund of the Software, the Subscriber Agreement shall
prevail. In all other respects, this Agreement shall govern your
use of the Software.
12.4 Refund requests must be made through Steam in accordance with the
Steam refund policy. Virex Media does not process refunds directly.
13. GENERAL
13.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement, together with the Subscriber
Agreement and any third-party license notices accompanying the
Software, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Virex Media
concerning the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous
communications, proposals and representations on that subject.
13.2 Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be
unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force
and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to
the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while
preserving its intent.
13.3 No Waiver. Failure by Virex Media to enforce any provision of this
Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other
provision.
13.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any
rights under it, by operation of law or otherwise, without Virex Media's
prior written consent. Virex Media may freely assign this Agreement.
13.5 Third-Party Rights. Save for Valve Corporation (which may enforce
Section 12 as a third-party beneficiary), a person who is not a
party to this Agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of
Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of its terms.

SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY
LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY,
SAVINGS OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT
OR THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF VIREX HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
8.2 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL
