END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR DECIAN

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the Decian development team. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the video game Decian (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Game.
1. LICENSE GRANT AND RESTRICTIONS
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and play Decian for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices.
*Anti-Cheat and No Hacks: You agree not to use hacks, cheats, unauthorized modifications (mods that alter the multiplayer experience), automation software (bots), or any third-party tools designed to modify the Game experience or server logic.
*Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game's binary files.
2. CODE OF CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS (NO DISCRIMINATION)
By using the multiplayer features, game sessions, or official communities of Decian, you agree to maintain a safe, respectful, and friendly environment.
*Zero Tolerance for Discrimination: Any behavior, message, username, or content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, racism, xenophobia, sexism, or harassment against other players is strictly prohibited.
*Penalties: Violation of these rules will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of your access to the Game's multiplayer services, without any right to a refund or claim.
3. LEGAL NOTICES, CREDITS, AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Game utilizes tools, technologies, and content owned by third-party licensors. You acknowledge and agree to the following property terms:
*PROGRAMMING AND PLUGINS: ADVANCED SESSIONS PLUGIN: Developed by Joshua Statzer. Used under the terms of its license for game session integration.
*ANIMATIONS AND CHARACTERS: MIXAMO (ADOBE): Animations, rigging systems, and characters provided by Mixamo. ADOBE SYSTEMS INC.: All rights reserved for Mixamo base assets.
*GAME ENGINE: UNREAL® ENGINE: Decian uses the Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Epic Games, Inc.: "Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved."
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Game is provided "as is", with all faults and without warranties of any kind. The developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
5. TERMINATION AND AMENDMENTS
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time to reflect security updates, legal adjustments, or changes in game services. Your continued use of the Game will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
