END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR BRICKHUB

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) governs the use of the game “BrickHub”, including all related software, online services, server functions, updates, content, website integrations, and other components.
By installing, launching, or using BrickHub, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, you may not install or use BrickHub.
1. License Grant
BrickHub is licensed, not sold.
The developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use BrickHub solely for private entertainment purposes.
This license does not grant you any ownership rights in BrickHub or any individual components of the game.
2. Ownership of Rights
All rights in and to BrickHub remain with the developer or the respective rights holders.
This includes, in particular:
- source code and object code
- graphics
- models
- textures
- user interfaces
- sounds and music
- logos
- names
- designs
- game mechanics in their specific implementation
- databases
- server structures
- website content
- launcher software
- other game content
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, publicly make available, or otherwise exploit any components of BrickHub without prior written permission.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are expressly prohibited:
- decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering BrickHub
- analyzing source code, object code, or network traffic in order to bypass protection mechanisms
- manipulating files, memory values, network packets, or game processes
- using cheats, hacks, bots, macros, trainers, exploits, or other unauthorized tools
- bypassing security mechanisms, authentication systems, or access restrictions
- overloading, disrupting, attacking, or interfering with servers, APIs, or online services
- using automated access, scraping, or mass account creation
- exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
- using accounts belonging to other persons or impersonating others
- uploading content that is unlawful, offensive, discriminatory, glorifies violence, pornographic, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate
- infringing third-party rights
- using BrickHub for commercial purposes without permission
4. Online Services and User Account
Certain features may require a user account.
You are required to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account, to the extent that you are responsible for such activities.
The developer may modify, restrict, interrupt, or discontinue online services at any time, especially for technical, economic, security-related, or legal reasons.
There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of specific online features.
5. Suspensions, Sanctions, and Exclusion
In the event of violations of this EULA, applicable law, community rules, or fair play principles, the developer may take appropriate measures.
These measures may include, in particular:
- warnings
- temporary suspensions
- permanent account bans
- exclusion from online services
- removal of content
- reset of game progress
- blocking of certain devices, IP addresses, or technical identifiers
- reporting unlawful content to competent authorities
There is no entitlement to reinstatement if a serious or repeated violation has occurred.
6. Anti-Cheat and Security Measures
BrickHub may use technical protection measures to detect or prevent cheating, manipulation, abuse, and unauthorized interference.
Technical information may be processed to the extent necessary for security, abuse detection, error analysis, or protection of online operations.
This may include, in particular:
- account ID
- session data
- IP address
- device and system information
- game version
- log files
- crash reports
- connection data
- suspicious gameplay or network events
If an external anti-cheat solution is used in the future, additional terms of that provider may apply. Users will be informed where required.
7. User-Generated Content
BrickHub may include features that allow users to create, store, upload, or share their own content.
This may include, in particular:
- maps
- buildings
- player names
- profile information
- chat messages
- texts
- designs
- other user-generated content
You generally retain your rights to your own content.
However, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to store, reproduce, display, transmit, edit, moderate, delete, and technically process such content within the scope of BrickHub.
This is necessary to provide online features, multiplayer features, storage functions, moderation, and game operation.
You represent and warrant that your content does not infringe third-party rights and does not violate any laws or this EULA.
8. Moderation of Content
The developer may review, remove, block, or restrict user-generated content if it violates this EULA, applicable law, or community rules.
There is no entitlement to publication, storage, or restoration of removed content.
9. Updates, Patches, and Changes
BrickHub may be updated, modified, or expanded at any time.
Updates may be required in order to continue using BrickHub. Features, content, or technical systems may be changed, replaced, or removed.
There is no entitlement to specific versions, features, or content.
10. Virtual Content and Game Progress
Virtual items, currencies, progress, unlocks, or other digital content do not constitute property in a legal sense and do not create ownership rights for the user.
You receive only a limited right to use such content within BrickHub.
The developer may change, remove, reset, or restrict virtual content if this is necessary for technical, gameplay-related, security-related, or legal reasons.
11. Availability and Technical Requirements
BrickHub is provided on an “as available” basis.
No guarantee is made that BrickHub will always be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or compatible with every hardware and software configuration.
Maintenance, server outages, technical disruptions, or changes may temporarily restrict use.
12. Limitation of Liability
The developer is fully liable in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and under mandatory statutory provisions.
In cases of slight negligence, the developer is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations. In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical contractual damages.
Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
The developer is not liable in particular for:
- data loss
- lost profits
- indirect damages
- consequential damages
- disruptions caused by third parties
- outages of servers, networks, or platform services
- damages caused by improper use
- loss of game progress, unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct
13. Platform Services
If BrickHub is provided through Steam or other platforms, the respective terms of use of those platforms also apply.
In the event of conflicts between platform terms and this EULA, the platform terms take precedence only to the extent necessary for the use of the respective platform.
14. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the BrickHub Privacy Policy.

There is no entitlement to specific response times or specific support services.
16. Termination of the License
This license terminates automatically if you violate this EULA.
Upon termination of the license, you must stop using BrickHub and delete existing copies, to the extent technically possible and reasonable.
The developer may permanently block access to online services if this is necessary due to a violation.
17. Changes to this EULA
The developer may amend this EULA if this becomes necessary due to technical, legal, or organizational developments.
Material changes will be communicated in an appropriate manner.
If you continue to use BrickHub after the amended EULA comes into effect, this shall be deemed acceptance of the updated version, to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
19. Severability
If any provision of this EULA is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The invalid provision shall be replaced by the legally permissible provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
