This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and the Company. By installing, running, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are granted a right to use the Game, not ownership of it.

All copyrights and intellectual property rights in the Game, including all software, graphics, audio, text, characters, trademarks, and logos, belong to the Company or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by the Company.

You shall not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code from, or modify the Game;
  
• copy, distribute, rent, resell, or use it commercially;
  
• use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, or unauthorized software, or exploit bugs;
  
• gain unauthorized access to or interfere with servers, networks, or other users;
  
• engage in any act violating applicable law or this Agreement.

• All in-game credits, items, allies, and other virtual goods are merely a license to use a service feature; they have no real-world monetary value and are not redeemable for cash.
  
• Payments and refunds are governed by Steam and applicable payment-provider policies.
  
• The Company may revoke or adjust virtual goods obtained through violation, fraud, or bugs/errors.
  
• The Company may change or discontinue the type, price, or utility of virtual goods as needed.

• To provide the Game and its online features, the Company may collect and store: your Steam identifier (Steam ID), nickname, country code, and gameplay records, scores, rankings, and collected items (such as emblems).
  
• This data is stored on servers operated by the Company and used solely to provide game features (rankings, records, account linking).
  
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at seolsanta@gmail.com; deletion may limit related features such as rankings and records.
  
• The Company complies with applicable data protection laws and does not sell your data to third parties except as required by law.

• When using multiplayer (Free-for-All, Team, Co-op), you shall not harass other users or engage in cheating.
  
• The Company may restrict use or suspend/terminate accounts without prior notice for violations of this Agreement or code of conduct.

The Company may modify, update, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue all or part of the Game and its online servers for business or technical reasons, and shall not be liable for resulting damages to the extent permitted by law.

The Game is provided "as is." The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding freedom from defects, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from the use or inability to use the Game. In any case where liability is found, the total amount shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Game.

This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement, upon which you must cease using the Game and delete all copies.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.

The Company may amend this Agreement and will notify users via the store page or in-game notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

The Company values your privacy and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Policy explains what information the Company collects, uses, stores, and protects when you use the Game.

• Steam identifier (Steam ID)
  
• Nickname and country code
  
• Gameplay records, scores, rankings, and win/loss history
  
• Collected/equipped items (such as emblems) and owned aircraft data
  
• Purchase records (payments are processed through Steam; the Company does not store payment-method details such as card numbers)

Information is collected automatically via your Steam account link when you use the Game or its online features (rankings, records, multiplayer).

• Provide the Game and online features (rankings, records, account linking, matchmaking)
  
• Save and restore your game progress
  
• Prevent cheating and operate/improve the service

• Collected information is stored on servers operated by the Company.
  
• It is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and deleted without undue delay upon your deletion request or upon service termination, in accordance with applicable law.

The Company does not sell or provide your personal information to third parties except where required by law or with your consent. Steam's (Valve's) privacy practices may also apply to the extent necessary to provide the service through the platform.

The Company's servers may be located in the Republic of Korea. If you use the Game from outside Korea (e.g., the EU), your information may be transferred to and stored in the Republic of Korea. The Company applies safeguards required by applicable law.

You may exercise the following rights at seolsanta@gmail.com:

• Access your personal information and processing details
  
• Request correction or deletion
  
• Request restriction of processing
  
• Request data portability (for GDPR-covered users)
  
• Withdraw consent

Deletion or restriction may limit features such as rankings and records.

The Company processes personal data on the basis of (1) performance of the service contract with you, (2) legitimate interests such as cheat prevention, and (3) your consent.

The Game is not primarily directed at children who require special protection under applicable law. If the Company becomes aware of a child's personal data, it will handle it in accordance with applicable law.

The Company applies reasonable safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to prevent loss, theft, leakage, or alteration of personal information.

This Policy may be amended in line with changes in law or the service, and users will be notified via the store page or in-game notice.
