By downloading, installing, accessing, or playing Eclipse Squadron: Shadows of the Void (“Game”), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Game.
2. LICENSE GRANT
PlayCube Interactive grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may:
Install and play the Game on supported devices.
Record gameplay footage for personal or streaming use.
Share screenshots and videos online.
You may NOT:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Game.
Sell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Game files.
Use cheats, hacks, bots, or unauthorized software.
Remove copyright or trademark notices.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
3. OWNERSHIP
The Game, including all code, artwork, music, sound effects, logos, characters, story content, UI, and trademarks, is owned by PlayCube Interactive and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing the Game does not transfer ownership rights to you.
4. USER CONTENT
If the Game allows user-generated content, mods, screenshots, or uploads:
You retain ownership of your original content.
You grant PlayCube Interactive a worldwide, royalty-free license to display or distribute content related to the Game for promotional purposes.
You agree not to upload:
Illegal or offensive material
Malware or harmful software
Copyright-infringing content
5. ONLINE SERVICES
Certain features may require internet access or third-party services such as:
Steam Cloud
Multiplayer matchmaking
Leaderboards
Achievements
These services may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. UPDATES AND PATCHES
The Game may automatically download patches, bug fixes, balance changes, or content updates. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the modified version.
7. CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree not to:
Harass or abuse other players
Use offensive names or language
Exploit glitches or cheats
Interfere with servers or networking systems
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access.
8. TERMINATION
This license automatically terminates if you violate this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Game.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Game is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, including:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Error-free operation
PlayCube Interactive does not guarantee uninterrupted or bug-free gameplay.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayCube Interactive shall not be liable for:
Data loss
Hardware damage
Lost profits
Service interruptions
Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Game is at your own risk.
11. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
The Game may include third-party engines, middleware, fonts, music, or libraries subject to their own licenses.
Examples may include:
Unity Engine
Unreal Engine
FMOD Studio
All third-party rights remain with their respective owners.
12. PRIVACY
The Game may collect limited technical data such as:
Device information
Crash logs
Gameplay analytics
Multiplayer account identifiers
No sensitive personal information is intentionally collected without consent.
13. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
