SolPlex User Agreement

1. Acceptance of this Agreement
Welcome to SolPlex.
By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account for, or playing SolPlex, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the game.
2. Eligibility
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using SolPlex.
If you are under the age required to enter into legally binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using the game.
3. Licence to Use SolPlex
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, SolPlex grants you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable and revocable licence to access and use the game for personal entertainment purposes.
This licence does not grant ownership of the game, its software, content or any associated intellectual property.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
You may not:
• Share your account with another person.
• Sell, rent, transfer or purchase accounts.
• Access another player’s account without permission.
• Use false information when creating an account.
SolPlex reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
5. Ownership of Game Content
SolPlex and all associated content remain the property of the game operator.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Game software.
• Artwork and graphics.
• Audio and music.
• Colonies.
• Resources.
• Units.
• Buildings.
• Rankings.
• Leaderboards.
• Alliances.
• Artefacts.
• Virtual items.
• Progression data.
Players are granted a licence to use these features within the game but do not acquire ownership rights over them.
6. Player Conduct
Players must behave respectfully and fairly while using SolPlex.
You may not:
• Harass, threaten or abuse other players.
• Use hate speech or discriminatory language.
• Impersonate staff members or other players.
• Disrupt gameplay for other users through exploits or malicious behaviour.
• Use the game for unlawful purposes.
7. Cheating, Automation and Exploits
Fair competition is essential to SolPlex.
You may not:
• Use bots, scripts or automation software.
• Use macros that provide an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs or unintended game mechanics.
• Use third party software designed to modify or interfere with gameplay.
• Circumvent security or anti cheat systems.
Any player who discovers a bug or exploit should report it immediately.
SolPlex may suspend, terminate or roll back accounts involved in exploit abuse.
8. Competitive Gameplay
SolPlex is a competitive multiplayer strategy game.
Players acknowledge that losses may occur as part of normal gameplay, including but not limited to:
• Resources.
• Units.
• Colonies.
• Rankings.
• Artefacts.
• Alliance positions.
• Strategic objectives.
Such losses are considered part of the intended gameplay experience and do not create any entitlement to compensation.
9. Game Economy and Balance
SolPlex may modify game systems at any time to maintain balance and improve the overall player experience.
This may include adjustments to:
• Resources.
• Buildings.
• Units.
• Research.
• Auctions.
• Artefacts.
• Events.
• Rankings.
• Rewards.
• Endgame mechanics.
These changes may affect existing gameplay and progression.
10. Updates and Service Availability
SolPlex may release updates, patches, maintenance periods and new content from time to time.
The game may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
SolPlex does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service.
11. Suspension and Termination
SolPlex may suspend or terminate access to the game if a player:
• Violates this Agreement.
• Engages in cheating or exploit abuse.
• Harasses other players.
• Disrupts the integrity of the game.
Termination decisions are made at the sole discretion of SolPlex.
12. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights relating to SolPlex are reserved.
No part of the game may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, reverse engineered or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
SolPlex is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolPlex makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolPlex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use of the game.
This includes loss of progression, loss of virtual items, loss of rankings, loss of data or service interruptions.
15. Changes to this Agreement
SolPlex may update this User Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of the game following the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
