# End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and **Lilly Studios** ("Lilly Studios", "we", "us", or "our") for the game **Galactic Retribution** and related software, files, updates, and content we provide with it (collectively, the "Game").
By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.
## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Lilly Studios grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. The Game is licensed, not sold.
## 2. License Restrictions
You agree not to, and not to assist others to:
1. Copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game except as expressly allowed by applicable law.
2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game, except as expressly permitted by Lilly Studios in writing.
4. Use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, trainers, or unauthorized tools that alter gameplay or game data.
5. Interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the Game, related services, or other users' experience.
6. Remove, alter, or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
7. Use the Game for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
## 3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The Game and all intellectual property rights in and to the Game (including code, artwork, audio, text, characters, and branding) are owned by Lilly Studios and/or its licensors.
All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.
## 4. Updates, Patches, and Changes
We may release updates, fixes, balance changes, and new content at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use of certain features.
We may modify or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.
## 5. User Data, Saves, and High Scores
The Game may store save data, progress, and high score information locally on your device.
You are responsible for backing up your data where needed. Lilly Studios is not responsible for loss or corruption of local files, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
## 6. Third-Party Components
The Game may include or rely on third-party software components that are licensed under their own terms. Those notices are provided in:

Your use of those components is subject to applicable third-party license terms where required.
## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Lilly Studios does not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with every system configuration.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilly Studios and its affiliates, licensors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Game.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lilly Studios' total liability for all claims related to the Game will not exceed the amount you paid for the Game (if any).
Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.
## 9. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms.
Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and delete all copies in your possession or control, except where retention is required by law.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) survive termination.
## 10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This EULA is governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA will be resolved in the courts located in South Africa, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
## 11. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lilly Studios regarding the Game, and supersedes prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the same subject matter.
