1. License Grant
The Software is a paid commercial game product. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license solely to play the Software on devices you lawfully own. This license may not be used for commercial purposes, public performances, or commercial display.
2. Reservation of Rights
All rights, title, and intellectual property in and to the Software and all copies thereof are owned by Mary Game. This agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You shall not engage in any of the following:
(a) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of the Software in any manner;
(b) Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
(c) Distribute, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software or any copy thereof;
(d) Upload the Software to any internet platform for download, or distribute it via torrents, cloud storage, piracy sites, or any other channels;
(e) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or other proprietary rights notices contained in the Software;
(f) Use the Software for any illegal activity.
4. Piracy & Infringement
Any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use of the Software constitutes infringement. Mary Game will pursue all available legal remedies under applicable laws and international conventions, including but not limited to: reporting to Steam platform, sending cease-and-desist letters, filing civil lawsuits, and seeking criminal prosecution.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL MARY GAME BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
7. Termination
This license will automatically terminate, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
