I. Software Function Description
This software provides speech synthesis and conversation functions based on artificial intelligence technology, enabling the conversion of reference audio into new speech content with synchronized text display. The user explicitly understands and agrees to the following:
This software provides only local AI conversation and speech synthesis functions. All interactions between the user and the AI, including but not limited to:
- Conversation text entered by the user
- Character cards created or imported by the user (including character illustrations, background images, character setting text, voice files, etc.)
- Reference audio provided by the user (for speech synthesis)
are created, imported, or input solely by the user. The user warrants that they have the legal right to use all of the above content (including complete authorization for copyright,肖像权 (right of portrait), right of voice, etc.). The developer does not participate in the creation, does not recommend the use of, and does not store or save any user-created or imported content. The user assumes sole responsibility for any legal disputes arising from the content they provide.
Using this software constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please stop using the software immediately.
II. Data Collection and Use
To ensure a healthy and safe software environment and prevent the AI from generating prohibited content, the following information will be collected and uploaded to our servers:
- Conversation records between the player and the AI character (used solely for content moderation purposes)
- Player's Steam ID (used to identify the source of violations)
- Game session timestamps
All collected data will be used only for:
- Detecting whether the AI has generated content that violates platform policies
- Tracing specific player sessions based on violation records
- Improving content filtering mechanisms
We will not:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use conversation records for any purpose other than content moderation
- Use data for marketing without your consent
III. Prohibited User Conduct
You shall not engage in, or facilitate, any conduct including but not limited to the following, nor any act that violates laws or regulations:
- Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution
- Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
- Damaging national honor or interests
- Inciting ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermining ethnic unity
- Violating state religious policies, or promoting cults or feudal superstitions
- Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability
- Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime
- Insulting or defaming others, or infringing upon the lawful rights and interests of others
- Engaging in any act that violates laws, regulations, public order, or good morals
- Containing any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations
The user assumes full responsibility for any consequences or liabilities arising from the generation, collection, processing, or use of their data in violation of laws or regulations.
IV. User Generated Content (UGC) and Character Card Usage Rules
This software allows users to create, import, and share custom character cards (hereinafter referred to as "UGC Content").
1. User Warranty Obligations
The user represents and warrants that any UGC Content they create, import, or share:
- Is their original work or has been legally and fully authorized
- Does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legal rights
- Does not contain any material extracted, copied, or modified from any game, animation, or film/TV work
- Does not contain obscene, pornographic, violent, hate speech, or other content violating laws or regulations
2. Authorization and License
By creating and sharing UGC Content, the user is deemed to grant the developer and other users a non-exclusive, free-of-charge license to use such content within the software environment. The user may withdraw their shared content at any time.
3. Copyright Infringement Handling Mechanism
The developer does not pre-review UGC Content. However, upon receipt of a valid infringement notice from a rights holder, the developer will, within 24 hours, take appropriate action against the infringing user, which may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans.
V. Voice Use Authorization and Synthetic Speech Restrictions
1. Voice Use Authorization
The user represents and warrants that:
- They have the legal right to use the provided reference audio or have obtained explicit authorization from the rights holder of the audio
- Before synthesizing speech using another person's voice, they have obtained that person's informed consent
- They will not use this software to forge another person's voice for fraud, defamation, identity impersonation, privacy infringement, or other illegal or improper purposes
The user assumes sole responsibility for any legal disputes arising from the reference audio they provide.
2. Restrictions on the Use of Synthetic Speech
The user shall not use synthetic speech generated by this software for the following purposes:
- Impersonating a specific natural person
- Creating fake news, false testimony, forged evidence, or engaging in telecommunications network fraud
- Using for commercial advertisements, audiobook dubbing, virtual anchor streaming, or other profit-making activities without authorization
- Any other circumstances violating laws, regulations, public order, good morals, or infringing upon the legal rights of third parties
VI. Definition of Violations in AI Interaction
The following actions constitute violations:
- Intentionally inducing the AI to generate content that violates this agreement or laws/regulations through technical means such as prompt injection, character setting tampering, or context contamination
- Using this software to generate, disseminate, or store illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, hate speech, or other content contrary to public order and good morals
- Repeatedly or maliciously generating the aforementioned content
VII. Moderation and Determination
The developer will review uploaded conversation records using a combination of automated moderation systems and manual review. A player will be deemed to have committed a "violation" if they engage in any of the following:
- Violation of any clause in Section III [Prohibited User Conduct]
- Violation of any clause in Section IV [User Generated Content (UGC) and Character Card Usage Rules]
- Violation of any clause in Section V [Voice Use Authorization and Synthetic Speech Restrictions]
- Violation of any clause in Section VI [Definition of Violations in AI Interaction]
VIII. Violation Handling and Account Banning
The developer has the right to impose account bans on violating users. This includes, but is not limited to, applying game bans through the Steam official system and using a developer-built client-side verification blacklist. Banned users will no longer be able to launch the software.
Banning Measures:
- Requesting a game ban for the player through the Steam official API
- Such bans will be publicly displayed on the player's Steam profile page
- Ban durations may be temporary (e.g., 1 to 30 days) or permanent
Evidence Retention: Relevant conversation records, Steam IDs, and violation determination basis will be encrypted and retained for one year. They will be provided only when processing appeals or upon request by the Steam platform.
Further Legal Action: For users who seriously violate this agreement, the developer reserves the right to report the violation to judicial authorities or file a lawsuit.
IX. Generated Content Disclaimer
All content generated by this software is automatically output based on algorithms and data models and does not constitute professional advice. The author assumes no legal liability for any loss resulting from the use of or reliance on generated content.
Due to technical limitations, generated content may contain factual errors, biases, speech synthesis inaccuracies, etc. If the user discovers such issues, they should stop using the software and handle the matter themselves.
It is strictly prohibited to use generated content in scenarios such as medical diagnosis, autonomous driving, legal advice, or any other situation that could cause personal injury or significant property loss.
X. Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
The developer and copyright holder of this software make no express or implied warranties regarding the generated content. The user assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with their use of the software.
The interpretation and validity of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the developer's place of residence.

IV. User Generated Content (UGC) and Character Card Usage Rules
This software allows users to create, import, and share custom character cards (hereinafter referred to as "UGC Content").

- Is their original work or has been legally and fully authorized
- Does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legal rights

- Does not contain obscene, pornographic, violent, hate speech, or other content violating laws or regulations
