Crisis Cabinet End User Licence Agreement

This End User Licence Agreement applies to Crisis Cabinet, published by Function Labs Limited.
By installing or playing Crisis Cabinet, you agree to these terms.
1. Licence
Function Labs Limited grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play Crisis Cabinet for personal entertainment use through Steam.
You do not own the game, its code, artwork, writing, design, music, sound effects, user interface, or other content. These remain owned by Function Labs Limited or its licensors.
2. What you may not do
You may not:
- copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law;
- use the game for commercial purposes without written permission;
- remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
- use cheats, exploits, automation, or modifications that interfere with the intended operation of the game.
3. Save data and local files
Crisis Cabinet may create local save files and settings files on your device. You are responsible for backing up any local data where Steam Cloud or other backup services are not enabled.
4. Early Access and updates
If Crisis Cabinet is provided as an Early Access game, you understand that it may contain bugs, unfinished features, balance issues, placeholder content, or changes to gameplay systems. Function Labs Limited may update, alter, rebalance, add, or remove features over time.
5. No political endorsement
Crisis Cabinet is a fictional political strategy simulation. It is not intended to endorse any real-world political party, government, ideology, candidate, nation, or policy position.
6. User feedback
If you provide feedback, bug reports, ideas, or suggestions, you allow Function Labs Limited to use them to improve the game without payment or obligation to you.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Function Labs Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or economic losses arising from your use of the game.
Nothing in this agreement limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
8. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. If the licence ends, you must stop using the game and uninstall it.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where local consumer protection laws give you additional rights.
