1. Purpose
This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions that apply when a user installs, launches, or uses the Steam version of Cooking Adventure (the “Game”) provided through Steam.
By installing, launching, or using the Game, you are deemed to have agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you must not install, launch, or use the Game.
2. Relationship with Steam Terms
The Game is provided through the Steam platform. Accordingly, in addition to this Agreement, you may also be subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement, Steam Refund Policy, Steam Community Rules, and other Steam-related policies provided by Valve Corporation.
Matters provided or managed through the Steam platform, including Steam accounts, Steam purchases, downloads, refunds, library access, community features, and payment processing, are primarily governed by Steam’s applicable terms and policies.
If any provision of this Agreement conflicts with a mandatory Steam policy or any consumer rights under applicable law, the applicable Steam policy or law shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.
3. Grant of License
Subject to this Agreement and applicable Steam policies, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install, launch, and use the Game solely for personal and non-commercial purposes.
This Agreement does not transfer ownership of the Game or any in-game content to you.
All rights, title, and interests in and to the Game, including game data, graphics, characters, music, sounds, user interfaces, text, source code, content, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights, are owned by the Company or their respective lawful rights holders.
4. Conditions of Use
You must use the Game in accordance with the following conditions:
You may use the Game only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must comply with applicable laws, Steam policies, this Agreement, and any in-game operational policies.
You must not interfere with the normal operation of the Game or disrupt another user’s use of the Game.
You must not modify, manipulate, reproduce, distribute, or use game data in an unauthorized or abnormal manner.
You must not commercially exploit the Game or any in-game content without the Company’s prior written consent.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You must not engage in any of the following conduct:
Modifying or manipulating the Game client, game data, memory, save files, communication packets, or similar elements.
Creating, distributing, or using cheats, hacks, bots, automation software, macros, or unauthorized third-party programs.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of the Game.
Abnormally obtaining or manipulating in-game currency, scores, records, rankings, progress, achievements, or similar data.
Using another person’s Steam account or their right to use the Game without authorization.
Reproducing, distributing, selling, renting, transmitting, or publicly displaying the Game or any in-game content without authorization.
Infringing the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, credit, or other rights of the Company or any third party.
Posting illegal, harmful, discriminatory, insulting, obscene, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate expressions or content through the Game or its community features.
Posting false information, spam, or advertising content in Steam communities, reviews, discussion boards, screenshots, guides, or similar services.
Engaging in any other conduct that harms the fairness, security, stability, or normal operation of the Game.
If any prohibited conduct is identified, the Company may, to the extent permitted by applicable law and Steam policies, restrict use of the Game, reset records, exclude records from rankings, restrict customer support, report the matter to Steam, or take other necessary measures.
6. In-Game Currency and Content
The Game may include in-game currency or similar content, including Gold, Gems, and Crowns.
In-game currency and content are digital content that may be used only within the Game. They do not constitute cash, monetary value, deposits, electronic money, a claim for payment of points, securities, or any other financial instrument.
You do not acquire ownership of in-game currency or content. You are granted only a limited right to use such currency or content in accordance with this Agreement.
Unless expressly permitted by the Company, in-game currency and content may not be:
Exchanged for cash or physical goods.
Sold, transferred, rented, or provided as collateral to another person.
Traded outside Steam.
Acquired or transferred through unauthorized methods.
Exchanged or refunded through methods not provided by the Company.
7. DLC and Additional Content
The Company may provide DLC or additional content through Steam, including restaurants, stages, costumes, items, in-game currency, additional modes, or other digital content.
The composition, scope, conditions of use, price, and availability of DLC shall be as described on the applicable Steam store page or through in-game notices.
Refunds for DLC are governed by the Steam Refund Policy and applicable law. This Agreement does not limit any refund rights available to you under Steam policies or applicable law.
If any in-game currency or content included in DLC has already been used, consumed, modified, or transferred, the availability of a refund may be restricted to the extent permitted by Steam policies and applicable law.
8. Updates and Changes
The Company may update or modify the Game as necessary for stability, security, game balance, content improvement, error correction, compliance with platform policies, or service operations.
Updates may include:
The addition, modification, or removal of content.
Adjustments to stages, difficulty, rewards, amounts of in-game currency, upgrade costs, or other balance-related elements.
Changes to the user interface, control methods, save systems, rankings, achievements, or event features.
Error corrections and security improvements.
Changes required to comply with Steam policies or applicable law.
The Company may provide notice of material changes through reasonable means.
However, urgent error corrections, security measures, or changes required to comply with platform policies may be implemented without prior notice.
9. Save Data, Rankings, and Online Features
The Game may integrate with online features provided by Steam or the Company, including Steam Cloud, achievements, leaderboards, online events, customer support, and statistical analysis.
Certain features may require an internet connection, a Steam account, the Steam client, or additional platform functionality.
Save data, rankings, achievements, or other game records may be modified, reset, or restricted due to technical errors, the user’s environment, the status of Steam services, game updates, cheating detection, or operational requirements.
Records created through cheating, abnormal gameplay, data manipulation, or system errors may be corrected, deleted, excluded from rankings, or invalidated at the Company’s discretion.
10. User-Generated Content
If you post content related to the Game through Steam communities, reviews, discussion boards, screenshots, artwork, guides, broadcasts, or other features, such content shall be subject to Steam’s community policies and applicable terms.
You must possess all rights necessary to post such content and must not infringe the rights of any third party.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policies, the Company may use publicly posted Game-related content for purposes such as promoting the Game, operating the community, providing customer support, and improving the service.
Any processing of content containing personal information shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
11. Personal Information
The Company may process personal information to the extent necessary to provide the Game, provide customer support, analyze errors, prevent cheating, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations.
The collection, use, storage, transfer, deletion, and disposal of personal information, as well as users’ rights concerning personal information, shall be governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Personal information processed through Steam accounts, payments, refunds, Steam communities, or the Steam platform may be subject to the privacy policies of Valve Corporation.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in and to the Game and all Game-related content are owned by the Company or their respective lawful rights holders.
Except as expressly permitted under this Agreement, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, publicly display, sell, rent, create derivative works from, commercially exploit, or otherwise use the Game or any in-game content.
The Game title, logos, characters, images, music, sounds, user interfaces, text, videos, trailers, and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Fan Content and Streaming
As a general rule, the Company permits users to create and share non-commercial personal broadcasts, reviews, guides, walkthroughs, screenshots, and video content related to the Game.
However, the following conduct is not permitted:
Distributing false information about the Game or the Company.
Extracting the Game client, resources, soundtrack, images, or other materials in their original form and separately selling or distributing them.
Infringing the rights of the Company or any third party.
Creating illegal, hateful, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
Promoting or distributing security vulnerabilities, cheats, hacks, or abnormal methods of using the Game.
The Company may modify or restrict the scope of permitted fan content and streaming through a separate policy.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
The Company does not warrant that the Game will meet your particular purposes or expectations, operate without errors at all times, function properly in every hardware or software environment, or be completely free from data loss.
However, this provision does not exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, business losses, data losses, loss of anticipated profits, or similar damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Game.
However, this limitation shall not apply to damages caused by the Company’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, damages involving death or personal injury, or any damages for which limitation of liability is not permitted under applicable law.
16. Suspension and Termination of Service
The Company may temporarily suspend or terminate all or part of the Game’s functions in any of the following circumstances:
System inspections, updates, or maintenance.
Technical failures or security requirements.
Failures of, or policy changes by, Steam or third-party services.
Termination of an agreement, expiration of a license, or changes in legal or contractual rights.
Requirements imposed by applicable law or governmental authorities.
Other circumstances that make the normal provision of the service difficult.
If there is a material termination or prolonged suspension of the service, the Company may provide prior or subsequent notice through reasonable means.
17. Measures for Violation of the Agreement
If you violate this Agreement, Steam policies, or applicable law, the Company may take any of the following measures to the extent permitted by applicable law and platform policies:
Issue a warning.
Modify or delete in-game records or rankings.
Restrict access to online features.
Restrict customer support.
Report the matter to Steam or request platform sanctions.
Take any other measures necessary to protect the service.
The Company may determine the appropriate level of action by considering the nature, severity, frequency, scale of harm, and intentional nature of the violation.
18. Use by Minors
If you are considered a minor under the laws of your country or region of residence, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the Game.
The permitted age and age rating for the Game shall be governed by the applicable rating classification in each country or region, the information displayed on Steam, and applicable law.
19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
If a dispute arises in connection with this Agreement, the Company and the user shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith consultation.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction as determined by applicable law.
However, if mandatory consumer protection laws in the user’s country or region of residence apply, such mandatory provisions shall prevail.
20. Amendments to the Agreement
The Company may amend this Agreement due to changes in applicable law, Steam policies, Game operations, services, or other relevant circumstances.
When this Agreement is amended, the Company may provide notice of the amended terms through the Steam store page, an in-game notice, the official website, or other reasonable means.
If you continue to use the Game after the effective date of the amended Agreement, you may be deemed to have agreed to the amended Agreement.
However, if separate consent is required under applicable law, the Company shall follow the applicable consent procedure.
21. Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
The Company’s failure to immediately exercise any right under this Agreement shall not be interpreted as a waiver of that right.
This Agreement sets forth the fundamental rights and obligations between the Company and users concerning the use of the Game.
