This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ares ("Developer") for the computer game titled Elemental Run ("Game"). By installing or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or play the Game.
1. License Grant
Developer grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, limited license to download, install, and play one (1) copy of the Game via Steam solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. Restrictions
User agrees not to:
Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or modify the Game or its source code.
Sell, rent, lease, license, or commercially distribute the Game.
Use, develop, or distribute cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software that modifies the Game.
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices on the Game.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Game (including but not limited to graphics, code, sound effects, music, logos, and characters) remain exclusively with Ares. This Agreement grants a license to use the Game, not a sale of any rights.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "As-Is" and with all faults. Developer does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, hardware damage, or loss of profits arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.
5. Termination
This Agreement terminates automatically without notice if User fails to comply with any terms. Upon termination, User must immediately delete all copies of the Game from their computer and storage devices.
