IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and [RedGames, Kyoma, Oppai] ("Licensor") for the software product accompanying this Agreement, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
1. Grant of License
Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial use on a single device, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
Distribution: Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software.
Modification: Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the Software.
Cheating: Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Software experience.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, and text incorporated into the Software) are owned by Licensor or its suppliers.
4. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. LICENSOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
7. Analytics and Privacy
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge and agree that the Software may collect and process certain gameplay and technical data through Unity Gaming Services (Unity Analytics), operated by Unity Technologies and its affiliates, for the purposes of improving the Software, analyzing player progress, diagnosing issues, and understanding product usage.
The data collected may include, without limitation: session duration; story mission, task, and subtask progress events; and anonymous or pseudonymous identifiers generated by Unity Authentication. The Software does not intentionally transmit your SteamID, persona name, or other personal Steam profile information as part of these analytics events.
Processing is performed on the basis of your acceptance of this Agreement (and, where required by applicable law, your consent). Unity may process such data as a service provider / processor in accordance with Unity's privacy documentation for Unity Gaming Services. You may find additional information in Unity's privacy materials available at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy and related Unity Gaming Services documentation.
Where required by applicable law (including GDPR/CCPA and similar laws), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. To exercise such rights regarding analytics data, contact the Licensor using the support contact information provided on the Software's Steam store page. Withdrawal of consent or a deletion request may limit certain features that rely on analytics, but will not affect your ability to play the Software except where analytics is required for security or integrity purposes.
8. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable mandatory consumer law, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable to the Licensor's place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this Agreement limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms.
