This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Seven Pearls ("Developer", "We", "Us") regarding your use of the video game Tear of Stars (the "Game"). By installing, accessing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Game.

Seven Pearls grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to your compliance with this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

The Game, including but not limited to all source code, characters (including Aser and Layla), artwork, music, sound effects, storyline, dialogue, level design, and trademarks, is owned by Seven Pearls and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
  
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Game without prior written permission.
  
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  
• Use the Game for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to streaming or content creation that monetizes the Game's assets directly (gameplay streaming and Let's Plays are permitted under Section 4).

You are permitted to stream, record, and share videos of your gameplay, including monetized content on platforms such as YouTube, Twitch, and similar services, provided that the content reflects normal gameplay and is not used to redistribute the Game itself or its assets independently.

Seven Pearls may, at its sole discretion, release updates, patches, or modifications to the Game. We may also modify or discontinue the Game or this Agreement at any time, with notice provided through Steam.

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Seven Pearls does not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware or software configurations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seven Pearls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Game.

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your use of the Game is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/). In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the Steam Subscriber Agreement shall prevail with respect to the operation of the Steam platform.

By installing or using Tear of Stars, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
