END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (MAVI)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Srivatsan Sriapathi, trading as ShriV2160 ("Developer") for the software product MAVI, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software").
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
Developer grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to install and use one (1) copy of the Software for your personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.
Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark notices) of the Developer or its affiliates, partners, or the licensors of the Software.
3. OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software is licensed, not sold. ShriV2160 retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, patents, and trademarks. This Software uses the Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019, OF INDIA), THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. SHRIV2160 AND EPIC GAMES, INC. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SHRIV2160 OR EPIC GAMES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
6. DATA PRIVACY
Your use of the Software is also governed by the Steam Privacy Policy, which can be found at: https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/. By using the Software, you acknowledge that your data is processed in accordance with this policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), where applicable.
7. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Telangana, India.
8. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid under Indian law, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
