Pixel Lens End User License Agreement (EULA)
Last updated: May 28, 2026
This End User License Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the software "Pixel Lens" (the "Software") between you (the "User") and PanzerSoft ("we" or "us"). By installing, copying, or using the Software, the User is deemed to have agreed to this Agreement. If the User does not agree to this Agreement, the User may not use the Software.
This Agreement supplements the Steam Subscriber Agreement.
1. Scope of License
1.1. We grant the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
1.2. In accordance with the Steam Subscriber Agreement, the User may install and use the Software on devices that the User owns or controls.
1.3. Use of the Software is permitted for both personal and commercial purposes.
1.4. We claim no rights to any images or video produced using the Software (the "Output"). However, confirming and complying with copyrights and any other rights relating to the input content underlying the Output (videos, images, game screens, etc.) is solely the User's responsibility.
2. Prohibited Acts
The User must not:
2.1. Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of all or part of the Software.
2.2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise analyze the Software to extract its source code or components (except where expressly permitted by applicable law).
2.3. Redistribute, sell, lend, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party without our prior written permission.
2.4. Remove or alter any copyright notice or other proprietary notice attached to the Software.
2.5. Use the Software for any purpose that violates applicable laws or infringes the rights of any third party.
3. Provisions Regarding the AI Model
3.1. The Software includes an AI model independently developed and trained by us (including its weights, parameters, and architecture; the "Model").
3.2. The Model is provided solely as a component of the Software. Beyond the normal use of the Software, the User may not extract, copy, modify, or redistribute the Model, or use it for any purpose other than the Software (including, but not limited to, training other AI models).
3.3. All intellectual property rights in the Model belong to us.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Software and all copies thereof belong to us or to our licensors. This Agreement grants a license to use the Software and does not sell the Software itself.
5. Third-Party Software
The Software may include third-party open-source software or libraries. These components are subject to their respective license terms, the details of which are set out in the license notices (such as LICENSE files) included with the Software.
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
6.1. The Software is provided "AS IS." We make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
6.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the Software.
6.3. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to the Software shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the User to acquire the Software.
7. Termination
If the User breaches any provision of this Agreement, the license granted under this Agreement shall terminate automatically. Upon termination, the User must immediately cease using the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
