By purchasing, downloading, or playing Dimension Defenders, you agree to
the Steam Subscriber Agreement (https://store.steampowered.com/subscriber_agreement/)
and these additional terms specific to Dimension Defenders.

## License
Chromatik Games grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
use Dimension Defenders for personal entertainment on hardware running a
Steam account associated with your purchase. You may not resell, sublicense,
or distribute the game or its assets.

## Restrictions
You agree not to:
• Modify or attempt to bypass the game's matchmaking or ELO system
• Use third-party tools to gain unfair competitive advantage
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract assets except as permitted by law
• Distribute, share, or sell modified versions of the game

## Disclaimer of warranties
The game is provided "as is." Chromatik Games makes no warranty that the
game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware
configurations.

## Limitation of liability
Chromatik Games' total liability for any claim is limited to the amount
you paid for the game. We are not liable for indirect or consequential
damages.

## Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to multiplayer features for accounts
found to be exploiting bugs, cheating, or abusing other players. Steam
itself controls the underlying game license per Steam's SSA.
