ChonkBlocker — End User License Agreement & Terms of Service

Please read this End User License Agreement and Terms of Service
("Agreement") carefully. By downloading, installing, or using ChonkBlocker (the
"Game"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not
use the Game.
1. License Grant
Subject to this Agreement, Licensor grants you a personal, limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy
of the Game on compatible devices that you own or control, as permitted by the
terms of the platform through which you obtained the Game. This license is for
personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
2. Restrictions
You may not, except as permitted by applicable law or this Agreement:
- copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or commercially exploit the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, or attempt to derive its source code;
- modify, tamper with, or create derivative works of the Game;
- circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, anti-cheat, or licensing features;
- use cheats, automation, bots, or exploits, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in online play;
- remove or alter any proprietary notices.
3. Online Play, Accounts & Purchases
Single-player and local play do not require an account. A ChonkBase account
(which may be created using a supported identity provider) is required only for online
multiplayer and related social features. You are responsible for activity under
your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may delete your
account and associated data at any time from within the Game. The Game is sold
as a one-time purchase through authorized distribution platforms; purchases,
billing, and refunds are processed under the policies of the platform where you
obtained the Game. The Game does not sell virtual currency, loot boxes, or
randomized rewards.
4. Community Standards & User Content
Online features let you choose a display name and interact with other
players. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content
or abusive behavior. You agree not to create, upload, or transmit content
— including display names or other text — that is unlawful, hateful,
harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise
objectionable, and not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other players.
To keep the community safe, the Game provides tools to report and
block other players, and applies an automated filter to player names. We
may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, filter names,
and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards. We aim to act on
reports of objectionable content and abusive users promptly.
5. Privacy
We collect only what is needed to run accounts, online play, safety, and
support — such as your email address, account identifiers, chosen display
name, per-install device identifier, match history, friend and invite activity,
reports, blocks, replay metadata and content, purchase-entitlement records, and
technical/security logs. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking SDKs
and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites. For full details

6. Intellectual Property
The Game and all related content, trademarks, and assets are owned by
ChonkBase and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No
rights are granted except the limited license above. If you send us feedback or
suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to
use them without obligation to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Game is provided "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or
statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will
be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will ChonkBase be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or
for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your
use of the Game. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount
you paid for the Game.
9. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically
if you fail to comply with its terms. We may suspend or terminate your access to
online features for violations of the Community Standards. Sections that by
their nature should survive termination (including 2, 6–8, and 10) will
survive.
10. Distribution Platform Terms
The following platform-specific terms apply only when you obtain the Game
through the named platform.
10.1 Apple App Store. If the Game is licensed through the Apple App
Store, the following additional terms apply:
- This Agreement is concluded between you and ChonkBase only, and not with
Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for
the Game. ChonkBase is solely responsible for support, at
chonkblocker.com/support.
- In the event of any failure of the Game to conform to any applicable
warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if
any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty
obligation with respect to the Game.
- ChonkBase, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to
the Game, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and consumer-
protection claims, and any claim that the Game fails to conform to legal or
regulatory requirements.
- ChonkBase, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense,
settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual-property
infringement claim relating to the Game.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S.
Government embargo or designated as "terrorist supporting", and that you are
not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using
the Game.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this
Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be
deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as
a third-party beneficiary.
10.2 Steam. If the Game is licensed through Steam, your use of Steam and
your Steam account is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other
applicable Steam terms. Transactions for subscriptions made on Steam are with
Valve except where Valve states otherwise at the time of the transaction.
Steam purchases, billing, and refunds are handled under Valve's applicable
policies. This Agreement is an additional game-specific subscription term
between you and ChonkBase.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of
the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in
which ChonkBase is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles,
except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using
the Game.
- Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this
Agreement, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be
deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as
a third-party beneficiary.
10.2 Steam. If the Game is licensed through Steam, your use of Steam and
your Steam account is also governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement and other
applicable Steam terms. Transactions for subscriptions made on Steam are with
Valve except where Valve states otherwise at the time of the transaction.
Steam purchases, billing, and refunds are handled under Valve's applicable
policies. This Agreement is an additional game-specific subscription term
between you and ChonkBase.
11. Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of
the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state in
which ChonkBase is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles,
except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
