LiveMate End User License Agreement

By installing or using LiveMate ("the Software"),
you agree to the following terms:

1. AI Content
The Software uses a local language model to generate
character responses. The developer is not responsible
for the accuracy, appropriateness, or content of
AI-generated responses.

2. Workshop Content
Users may upload and download content (VRM avatars,
FBX animations) via Steam Workshop. Users are solely
responsible for ensuring they have the rights to
upload such content. The developer reserves the right
to remove content that violates intellectual property
rights or community standards.

3. Privacy
LiveMate processes all conversations locally on your
device. No personal data or conversation content is
transmitted to external servers by the Software.

4. Intellectual Property
The LiveMate software is the property of the
developer. User-uploaded Workshop content remains
the property of its respective creators.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties
of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for
any damages arising from the use of the Software.

6. Updates
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the
Software after changes constitutes acceptance.
