Data Storage & Steam Cloud: Your game progress, achievements, and save data are stored locally on your device and synchronized via Steam Cloud. The developer is not responsible for any data loss, synchronization conflicts, or save corruption that may occur due to network interruptions, Steam Cloud server issues, or local-to-cloud data mismatches.
Data Loss & Liability: While Steam Cloud provides a convenient backup solution, it does not guarantee 100% recovery of data. The user assumes full responsibility for any data loss resulting from uninstalling the game, operating system errors, Steam Cloud synchronization failures, or manual tampering with game files.
File Integrity & Modification: Any unauthorized modification of game files, save directories, or the software itself (including hacking, modding, or using third-party tools) may cause the game to malfunction or fail to launch. The user is solely responsible for any data loss or performance degradation resulting from such actions.
In-App Purchases & Rewards: Items purchased or earned are linked to your Steam account and local installation. The developer does not guarantee the recovery or transfer of these items in the event of local save file corruption or synchronization errors with Steam Cloud.
