These Terms govern your use of the game (the Service). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
### 1. Accounts
- You must use the Service only for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
- Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Only one alternate account is allowed per player. Creating or using multiple alternate accounts may result in suspension or termination of all associated accounts.
### 2. Virtual Content
- Items, currencies, and rewards in the Service are virtual and have no real-world monetary value.
- We may add, remove, or rebalance virtual content at any time.
### 2A. Payments and Billing
- Purchases (including virtual currency) are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe and platform billing (e.g., Google Play Billing). Pricing and availability may change.
- All sales are final and non-refundable; we do not offer refunds or exchanges except where required by applicable law or platform policies. Virtual currency and items have no cash value.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of the related account and reversal of granted virtual currency/items.
### 3. User-Generated Content
- You may create pixel art and other content within the Service using the provided tools. All user-generated content (UGC) is stored locally on your device and is your responsibility.
- When you equip pixel art as your avatar, a compact representation (pixel grid data) is stored on the server so other players can see it. No image files are uploaded to or hosted on our servers.
- You must not create, display, or distribute content that is illegal, obscene, pornographic, abusive, hateful, threatening, defamatory, or that depicts minors in any sexual or exploitative manner. This includes but is not limited to: child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, content promoting violence or terrorism, or content that violates any applicable law.
- We reserve the right to remove any avatar or content visible to other players and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these content rules, without prior notice.
- You represent and warrant that any content you make visible to other players complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
### 4. Prohibited Use
- Do not exploit bugs, automate gameplay, tamper with code or network traffic, or interfere with other players' experience.
- Do not attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
- Do not harass, threaten, or abuse other players through in-game chat, mail, or any other communication feature.
- Do not impersonate other players, staff, or any other person or entity.
- Gameplay activities are monitored and logged for anti-cheat and analytics purposes. Violation of these Terms may result in account suspension or termination.
### 5. Data & Privacy
- We collect and store limited data needed to run the Service (for example, your account identifier, character progress, inventory, stats, and daily counters). See the accompanying Privacy Policy for details.
### 6. Updates and Availability
- Features may change or be discontinued at any time. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or outages.
### 7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided AS IS without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
### 8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
### 9. Changes to These Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
