This End User License Agreement ("EULA") sets out the terms for using the game Billionaire MAX ("the Game"), provided by Bunijia ("we", "us"). By installing, launching, or playing the Game, you agree to this EULA.

We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in the Game belong to us or our legitimate licensors.

You shall not:

1. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
   
2. Modify the Game, create derivative works, or use it commercially.
   
3. Cheat, use macros, bots, or external tools to play unfairly.
   
4. Harass, defame, or otherwise abuse other players.
   
5. Intentionally exploit bugs or vulnerabilities.
   
6. Trade or sell game accounts, in-game currency, or progress data without authorization.
   
7. Engage in conduct that violates laws or public order.
   
8. Engage in any other conduct deemed inappropriate by us.

• Multiplayer features are provided via the Steam platform.
  
• Play may be interrupted or disconnected due to network conditions. We are not liable for damages arising from this.
  
• Disputes between players shall be resolved between the parties involved; we will generally not intervene.

If you violate this EULA, we may, without prior notice:

• Restrict your access to the Game
  
• Suspend features under our control (achievements, records, etc.)
  
• Report you to Valve / Steam

All company names, stock price movements, economic events, and investment techniques depicted in the Game are fictional or for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute advice on real-world investing, economic forecasting, taxation, or legal matters. We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of the Game's content for actual investment decisions.

The Game is provided "AS IS". We make no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation.

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Game.

We may revise this EULA without prior notice. The revised EULA takes effect upon being posted to this page.

This EULA is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our location.
