# YOUZU NETWORK USER SERVICE AGREEMENT
## 1. Special Notice
Shanghai Youzu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Youzu Network") shall provide internet-based services in accordance with this Agreement and updated operational rules. To access the services, users must accept all terms and complete the registration process. Clicking "Agree" during registration constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement.
This Agreement applies to game products and services developed, maintained and operated by Youzu Network and its affiliates, including Shanghai Yueqianxue Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Chiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Youjia Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Youyu Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Youzu Interactive Entertainment Network Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Zusheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Youqi Network Technology Co., Ltd.
## 2. Service Scope
1. Services cover web games, online games, mobile games, forums and other related content. Youzu Network reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate services at any time in compliance with laws.
2. Partial paid services will be clearly marked. Users shall bear independent internet access fees and relevant hardware costs.
3. Users shall use genuine software to access services.
4. Minors without full civil capacity shall use services only under guardians' consent and supervision.
5. Authorized affiliated companies may provide services on behalf of Youzu Network.
## 3. Minor Protection
1. Minors aged under 18 shall use services under guardians' supervision and approval. Guardians may apply for account restriction without consent.
2. Minors shall protect personal information and abide by network civilization norms.
3. Guardians shall keep payment accounts and passwords properly to avoid unauthorized consumption by minors.
4. Teen mode is available for minor users. Minors shall follow online behavior codes and refrain from internet addiction.
5. Published content involving minors shall be deemed authorized for display and use by Youzu Network.
## 4. Usage Rules
### 4.1 Account Registration
Users shall register with authentic personal identity information. Account selling, transferring and sharing are prohibited. Violators will face permanent account ban.
### 4.2 Account Modification
Personal information changes require valid identity verification documents for official approval.
### 4.3 Account Security
Users take full responsibility for account password custody and all activities under the account. Notify customer service immediately in case of unauthorized login or abnormal use. Youzu Network reserves the right to suspend suspicious accounts. Loss caused by improper user custody shall be borne by users.
### 4.4 Real-name & Facial Recognition
Facial verification may be applied to prevent identity impersonation and implement anti-addiction management. Failed or refused verification will trigger anti-addiction restrictions.
### 4.5 Code of Conduct
Users shall abide by national laws and regulations. The following behaviors are strictly forbidden:
- Conduct illegal activities or spread illegal, obscene, insulting and threatening information
- Attack network operation, spread computer viruses or exploit game bugs
- Use plug-ins, scripts and unauthorized recharge channels
- Infringe intellectual property rights, privacy and legitimate rights of others
- Spread rumors, false information and conduct improper transactions
Violations will lead to warning, virtual property deduction, temporary or permanent account suspension. Serious violations may incur legal liabilities.
### 4.6 Content Release
Youzu Network is entitled to review and delete inappropriate content. User published content does not represent the position of Youzu Network. Users bear all risks for self-released information.
## 5. Intellectual Property Rights
All game works, codes, characters, artworks, audio materials, software and relevant data are intellectual property of Youzu Network or authorized holders. No unauthorized copy, decompilation, reverse engineering, reproduction and derivative creation are allowed. Users only obtain limited service usage right instead of ownership.
## 6. Privacy Protection
User personal data will be kept confidential and encrypted. Information may be disclosed only with user consent, legal requirements, government orders, public interest protection or legitimate rights protection of Youzu Network. Data sharing follows the minimum necessity principle with strict confidentiality guarantee.
## 7. Disclaimer
1. Youzu Network provides services on an "as-is" basis without explicit or implicit warranties. No liability shall be assumed for indirect losses, equipment damage, data loss and property loss.
2. No guarantee for bug-free service and uninterrupted access.
3. Users shall compensate all losses incurred by third-party claims due to improper user behaviors.
4. Virtual item transactions carry inherent risks. Youzu Network does not undertake liabilities for private virtual transactions.
5. Personal opinions released by users are independent statements without connection with Youzu Network.
## 8. Service Modification, Suspension and Termination
1. Routine system maintenance and upgrade may cause temporary service suspension with prior notice if possible.
2. Accounts will be terminated for false registration information, serious agreement violation and 180 consecutive days of inactivity.
3. Service interruption caused by equipment failure, network breakdown, force majeure, government requirements and emergency safety maintenance shall not be liable by Youzu Network.
4. Youzu Network may terminate overall or partial services with 60-day official announcement.
5. Virtual currency and virtual items are valid only during service operation period and cannot be refunded.
## 9. User Obligations
1. Prepare self-owned network access equipment and bear relevant fees.
2. Use genuine software and maintain updated accurate personal information.
3. Fully comply with all clauses of this Agreement and relevant laws.
## 10. Youzu Network Obligations
1. Provide lawful internet game services.
2. Protect user personal information in accordance with privacy policy.
3. Provide identity verification assistance and relevant certification materials for judicial and administrative inquiries.
4. Complete virtual currency filing as required by cultural authorities.
5. Separate virtual currency issuance and transaction services. Virtual items can only be exchanged for in-house game services.
6. Preserve user consumption records for no less than 180 days.
## 11. Breach Liability
Users shall compensate all economic losses, legal costs and expenses of Youzu Network and relevant parties caused by breach of agreement. Penalties include warning notice, illegal income deduction and account ban.
## 12. Dispute Resolution
1. Disputes between users may be settled through negotiation, public security reporting or litigation. Youzu Network provides auxiliary certification support.
2. Disputes between users and Youzu Network can be submitted to official customer service or arbitration application at Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
## 13. Agreement Revision
Youzu Network may revise agreement terms with page notification. Continued service use after revision confirms acceptance of updated clauses. Users may stop using services if disagreeing with revisions.
## 14. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to Shanghai Arbitration Commission.
## 15. Notice Delivery
Official notices issued via website announcement, email or mails are deemed delivered upon dispatch.
## 16. Authorization
Users authorize Youzu Network to access and use uploaded chat records, IP data, device information and personal data within legal scope. Users may cancel data processing authorization via designated official email.
## 17. Miscellaneous
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire consensus between both parties.
2. Partial invalid clauses do not affect the validity of remaining terms.
3. Agreement titles serve only for reading convenience.
4. All Youzu trademarks and logos are protected intellectual property. No unauthorized commercial use is permitted.
5. Users may apply for invoice issuance via customer service within 30 days after recharge.
