# END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("you," "your," or "User") and the developer of CARRRDS ("we," "us," "our," or "Developer") governing your use of the CARRRDS video game and any related software, content, updates, and services (collectively, the "Game").
BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, ACCESSING, OR USING THE GAME, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

## 1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Game on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
## 2. Ownership
The Game is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. No rights are granted to you except those expressly stated in this Agreement.
## 3. Restrictions
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Game, except as expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Game to any third party;
- Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game or gameplay experience;
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage;
- Use the Game to harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users;
- Use the Game in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or anti-cheat features of the Game;
- Access or attempt to access developer tools, administrative interfaces, or server infrastructure without authorization.
## 4. User-Generated Content
The Game may allow you to submit content, including but not limited to display names, chat messages, and emotes ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit such User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such User Content in connection with the Game and its promotion.
We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor, remove, or moderate User Content at our sole discretion.
## 5. Online Services and Accounts
Some features of the Game require an internet connection and a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
## 6. Updates and Changes
We may, at our sole discretion, update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.
## 7. Privacy
Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process gameplay data, account information, and device information as described therein.
## 8. Third-Party Services
The Game may integrate with third-party platforms (such as Steam). Your use of such platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the conduct or policies of third-party services.
## 9. Disclaimers
THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
## 10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE GAME WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
## 11. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement and your license to the Game at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Game and destroy all copies in your possession.
Sections 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination.
## 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer protection law.
## 13. Miscellaneous
- **Entire Agreement.** This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Game and supersedes any prior agreements.
- **Severability.** If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- **No Waiver.** Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
- **Assignment.** You may not assign this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely.
- **Changes.** We may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
