END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR DONUT SMASH

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Enigma Verse ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our") for the video game Donut Smash ("Game").
By installing, downloading, accessing, or using Donut Smash, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Game.
1. License
Donut Smash is licensed, not sold. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes through Steam.
2. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to Donut Smash, including but not limited to the game design, code, graphics, characters, logos, music, sounds, user interface, and other content, are owned by Enigma Verse or its licensors.
This Agreement does not give you ownership of the Game or any of its content.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the Game, except where allowed by applicable law;
- use the Game for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose;
- bypass, disable, or interfere with any security or technical features of the Game;
- use cheats, bots, automation tools, hacks, or other unauthorized software that affects the Game;
- claim that you created or own Donut Smash or any of its content.
4. User Content and Streaming
You may create and share gameplay videos, screenshots, livestreams, reviews, and other content featuring Donut Smash for personal, editorial, or monetized content creation purposes, such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or similar platforms, as long as the content does not suggest official endorsement by Enigma Verse.
5. Updates and Changes
We may update, patch, modify, or discontinue parts of the Game at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Game properly.
6. Third-Party Services
The Game may be distributed through Steam and may use Steam features or services. Your use of Steam is also subject to the applicable Steam terms and policies.
7. No Warranty
Donut Smash is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or system configuration.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Enigma Verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.
9. Termination
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Game and uninstall it.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.
